I pumped the tire up and I could hear the leak, but it appeared I could get it to Holley's Tire across town. (stick with me, this is actually a review of SC Ranch Mkt, also see my review of Holley's Tire!). Holley needed the car for about an hour, so I decided to find some place to fill my belly with some good grub within walking distance. Still on my journey to find the best breakfast burrito in the San Clemente metropolitan Tri-State area, I searched Yelp for something nearby. SC Ranch Market came up and I headed out as it was a couple minute walk. The restaurant and bakery are attached to the SC Ranch Market but I am not sure if it is the same name or different. My bad for not figuring that out. Upon entering, I saw the menus hanging above the counter and there were a huge amount of choices of tasty Mexican fare. I concentrated on the breakfast burrito section to see what I wanted. While there were some interesting choices, I went with the basic breakfast burrito with sausage. The BB is eggs, cheese, beans. After ordering and paying, I headed to a table to await my tasty breakfast treat. There are several tables near the door. The tables were all dirty, so I tried to choose the least dirty one and then got some napkins to wipe off the remnants of other people's breakfasts or dinners. Kinda yucky. Finally, I was called to pick up my burrito. My extra large breakfast burrito. Dang it was heavy. I lugged the log o' burrito to my semi-clean table and the table was able to handle the heft of this brute. I was nervous. A cool thing is that they have a nice salsa bar with some great choices and other condiments. I got a couple of tubs of salsa to try them out. Spoiler alert, they were both great salsas. Got that out of the way. The burrito was large, it was hot and it was one of the best breakfast burritos in the local San Clemente area. Eggs perfectly scrambled and cooked. Tasty, tasty beans. Soft, warm, grilled (always a fav of mine) tortilla. Melty, gooey cheese to bind it all together. A five star breakfast burrito. You will not be disappointed if you get one and I highly recommend that you should. After only eating half, I was actually pretty full. That did not stop me from stuffing the rest of the tube of deliciousness down my throat. I could not stop eating it. Go to SC Ranch Market and order a breakfast burrito. It is in my top 5 in the San Clemente area. You will not be mad at me for referring you to go. Bring a moist towelette to wipe off the table and you are good. Just go. Take it out if you don't like the tables. Try all of the salsas. Oh wait, I forgot one amazing fact. IT WAS $8.99! Less than 9 bucks for a massive, delicious, breakfast burrito. Where can you find that? Where? Tell me where! Just go. Stop what you are doing and go. Please go. I'll even throw in a moist towelette... Go! Eat Well!! Have Fun!!!

The entire family staff is so kind, and they'll even be so gracious as to allow me to practice my ancestral Italian language skills-- which are sadly deficient and in need of constant correction-- while shopping. I learn so much in each of my unofficial lessons when I visit, and I'm deeply grateful to the family for this kind help. I couldn't imagine a more gracious and thoughtful nor a more warm and more kind group of people to create an old fashioned and welcoming environment in the market. Franco, Donatella, and Fiammetta always treat me with such kindness. And in addition of course there are very knowledgeable about the wines and fine liqueurs which are sold there at reasonable prices. I left yesterday with two bottles of wine from my ancient homeland in Sicily and Basilicata and a bottle of Amaro that comes from my grandfather's province of Calabria. Sticky bun - This was definitely sticky, but I liked what they tried to do here. 6. Large banana upside down cake - This tasted like a banana bread, fluffy, and moist. From Garlic Festival Foods we purchased a "Fresh California Garlic Braid Large." It was anything but fresh as, well over 1/3 the braid was spoiled & moldy and we've had to discard accordingly. We do extensive home cooking and have been inconvenienced one too many times moving from one bulb to the next searching for useable cloves much less pristine whole bulbs for roasting. Upon inspecting the braid one could easily observe dark, sometimes squishy (upon pressing), spots on the bulbs and yet the product was shipped anyway. Not interested in patronizing again.

I chose Ingardia because they were the biggest. After a few months, I realized I had made a mistake as Prices were extremely inconsistent and I received terrible service. As I was impatiently waiting for a late delivery from Ingardia, a North South truck drove by. I wrote down the phone number off the truck. I called and spoke with Antonio and asked if he could give me pricing on my produce items. He asked me what led me to seek a new vendor and I told him that the order that I had placed for today was two hours late and I was unable to contact anyone for an update because it was a Saturday. I was desperate for lettuce. Within 20 minutes he had sent one of his drivers with a case of lettuce and I was able to open on time. I have been doing business with him ever since. His drivers are so friendly and willing to do anything to be of help. He allows you to order by text. If you get him the order between 7:00 and 8:00 AM, he sends the order the same day!!!!!!! Yesterday we had product that had a great yield but did not provide heads that were perfect for lettuce wraps. I let him know around 10:30am. He told me he was getting a new batch that afternoon.I placed a new order and I asked him if I could come the following day and pick up a case of the new product expecting the balance to come later that day. This morning when I got to my restaurant at 4am the new lettuce was already in my walkin as they delivered my order late yesterday! 32 years in the business and this company gives BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! along with honest pricing and equally important they stand behind everything they send.
