This location isn't too small or big it was just the right size, enough to place an order and go. It seems they change their flavors weekly? I'm not too sure, but now that I finally got around to posting my review a week or so later, the menu has changed. The person who took my order was ok. He didn't really make an effort to recommend certain cookies or anything. I ordered 1/2 dozen cookies so that we can sample all the flavors and one large banana upside down cake. 1. Milk chocolate chip - I think it was the best. You can't mess with a classic. 2. Pink velvet cake cookie - I'm not too sure what they were going for here. Is it supposed to be similar to a red velvet cake only pink? Didn't really taste like anything. 3. Kentucky butter cake - Everyone seems to rave about this, but after trying it, I'm not sure what all the hype was about. 4. Confetti milkshake - Tasted like a sugar cookie with confetti sprinkles 5. Sticky bun - This was definitely sticky, but I liked what they tried to do here. 6. Large banana upside down cake - This tasted like a banana bread, fluffy, and moist. I liked the whip cream or whatever it was with the caramel drizzle. Overall, it was alright. Something good to try again and try the new flavors they have. Crumbl San Clemente is probably one of the most consistently good and friendly Crumbl Cookie stores in the South OC. I have been to a couple others in the OC that were good but one or two where the cookies looked and tasted like a kindergartner made them (and these were for a large event order when it mattered!). Be prepared this Crumbl tends to be busy, but is typically well staffed for a reasonable wait time. read more

Crumbl cookies are large size, soft-centered, interestingly flavored cookies. The store is clean, service is generally so-so. The menu changes weekly and they are a chain so you can find the same items in this location as well as their other Crumbl locations. Packaging is cute. Ordering ahead is suggested. I would love to give Crumbl a better review, but I have tried many of their cookies and only one of them I was able to finish. Not because it was too big, but because it was way too sweet! Their base cookie and frosting recipes have a lot of that white sugar flavor to it. If that is your way to do a cookie then you will absolutely love this place. However for me, every single cookie except a single one that was a very specific cinnamon based flavor over a year ago, has been way too sugar forward. read more

Today there were two gals preparing cookies. They greeted us even though they were busy. They also informed us cash only because their system was down, but we could place an online order. Luckily, my sister was prepared. Cookies are $5 for one. They only have 6 flavors available, but they change weekly. I did not check ahead to see what they had, but it's okay. The mom's cookie sounded the best. I already forgot all that was in it, but from what I remember, there were chocolate chips and Heath bar! The best thing is that they keep the cookie in a warmer. I ordered from Crumbl for this thanksgiving, it's a small gathering this year. We thought little pie cookies would be a nice addition to our meal. I decided to not buy a full sized pie from Polly's like usual. I wish I did. My cookies arrived today, I ordered two "apple pie" a "key lime" and a "French silk". The apple pie cookies look like a 2 year old slopped some pie filling off of a dirty spoon onto a crappy half assed pie crust. Zero effort. Absolute disgrace for my thanksgiving. Too late to order a real nice pie from somewhere respectable. I called Crumbl. They said "it's hard to make the pie crust touch all of the edges, that's how the apple pie comes". I asked for a refund and they told me they wouldn't be able to do that because I bought through Uber eats. Uber eats refused to refund because I said the portion size was unacceptable. Eventually I got refunded but what a hassle and more importantly, this thanksgiving dessert will absolutely suck because I trusted Crumbl to come through and they clearly did not. This will be the last time I ever buy or order from them again. Hudson cookies are a hell of a lot better anyway. I can't believe someone boxed these "pies" up and confidently sent them away for delivery today. Wtf. Don't even get me started on how much I actually PAID for each one of these little slop jobs. Really great place to try creative yet tasty cookies. Creative in a sense where you can't really get these anywhere else. My favorite was the pumpkin pie cookie. The pumping mix was so rich in flavor. Better than you'd get in a normal pie from a Marie Calendars for example. It's was cold but tasted exquisite. The chocolate chip was my second favorite. I always have to try a chocolate chip cookie at different bakeries. It's the staple of cookies. They all tasted fresh out of the oven. So we jumped in the car and drove 40 minutes to this place. I was kinda worried coming here. The reviews were mixed. The number one complaint was the cookies were not cooked properly. So I was hoping this wouldn't be the case with me. And it wasn't! The cookies we got were so good! Nice crispy edges. Soft in the middle. The flavors were good! Love, love, love these cookies! With different flavors each week, you are bound to find many you like. This week is a chocolatey, caramel, drizzled coconut flake cookie reminiscent of the Girl Scout cookies, Samoas. Also wonderful is a fruit pizza cookie with great flavor and fun fruits on top of it. They have minis for catering as well and the sugar cookie is so buttery, with a hint of almond that gives them a nice edge over regular sugar cookies. I think they are still ironing out some quality control kinks, as we received one cookie in a box of four that we didn't order (German Chocolate, which isn't good for those that don't like chocolate or coconut or both). And a catering order for our banquet recently was not correct, but they fixed it and compensated us for that error. Overall, a winner in the cookie biz! read more

Just an FYI they don't have the cookie cutter at this location, I checked on the app and the closest store that has it is in RSM. So heads up on that but other than that, their services is quick and easy, via app or walks in, and their employees are friendly and nice. Every cookies that I purchased looks exactly how it looks on the apps. I love how every week is a different cookies and so far, I love the peanut butter and jelly and the lemon cheesecake. ( I love anything lemon) Heck, I'm even tempted to get the subscription for a weekly box. Some cookies are a hit or missed, so far it's 50/50 for me. (You can't go wrong with the chocolate chip cookies, that one is ALWAYS good), some of the flavors are a bit too strong of a smell like those bath& body works candles, too artificial and it gives me a headache for a piece of it. What a welcome addition to the community. These are some cookies! Each about $4. We got a four pack that was $14 with tax. Well packaged in an adorable pink box. We chose carrot cake, sugar, and sea salt toffee (I think that's the name). All were outstanding. The sugar cookie was actually really sweet though. Describe as sugary and buttery. We ordered online for curbside and a female with a ponytail came out to look for us and called our name. I did not notice any designated parking spaces for this. There is parking but it was a little crazy when we arrived on a Friday around 7:15pm. There was also a line out the door. Staff wears masks however no all people on line were wearing them and there was zero social distancing outside. Cmon customers. Do better. We would returned and suggest to others. read more

First time here and realized this isn't your traditional cookie place. I expected to see a big variety of cookies in a display case where you could pick and choose. Not the case here. Crumbl offers 6 different types of cookies where the cookies change weekly. They display one of each cookie offered on the counter and that's it! There are no other cookies in sight. They keep all the cookies in a warmer. The cookie size is huge but to me looked extremely sweet and very rich. 4 of the 6 cookies offered today had loads of icing on it. The one cookie we tried did not have icing on it and was called Mom's cookie. It had chocolate chips, toffee and I can't remember what else was in it. I tried a bite and it was actually not as sweet as I thought it would be and it was nice and warm, like it just came out of the oven! A little pricey for me but I'm sure there are a lot of cookie lovers out there that would love this place. read more

Cookies are amazing! Every crumbl chain has good cookies. However, what stood out to me about this location was the service. I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Carter. He was so helpful and was willing to answer all my questions about the flavors. I have been to Crumbl cookie locations in the past where workers were unhelpful and unfriendly. Had to show my sister the Crumbl cookies so I placed a pick up order on the mobile app for 4 cookies (Orange Creamsicle, Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, and Butter Milk Pancake). You can never go wrong with chocolate chip. Snickerdoodle is a safe option too. The flavors rotate weekly so if you want to try these keep an eye out. The biggest surprise was Orange Creamsicle because it was the cookie I expected to like the least. It wasn't fruity tasting or acidic like I expected which was good. Very soft but still the texture of a cookie. My sister said all the cookies tasted like cake. Love that for the cookies. I would have added pics of the cookies but we ate them... 1 star off because we waited 20 minutes in the car after hitting the "I'm here" button on the app waiting for the curbside pick up. Had to call and let the store know we were waiting. They let us know they'd start on the cookies. Weird but at least they were hot and warm when we got them 10 minutes later. read more
