This business is so reliable. I have to commute between san Diego and Los Angeles quite frequently being in the Navy and having family in Los Angeles. Victoria is so awesome! I ordered two protein smoothies for my wife and I without asking about the protein powder, and on my way home I realized they were SUPER SWEET. My pregnant wife would not be having it, and I didn't like it either. I called Victoria and she happily checked and confirmed there was stevia in the protein powder mix. They didn't have and unsweetened protein powder, so Victoria suggested a mix of peanut butter and hemp seeds to get the protein without the sweetener, which was awesome!! Wow... I come here at least once a week and have been a loyal customer for quite some time. I just had the worst experience with the two girls here on 7/11/23 at 2:00 blonde young and other brunette. I came in with my daughters and asked for a recommendation which was given to me and it wasn't good I tried it and it was terrible she didn't like it either so I went back and asked if they could make a new drink and I would pay the difference. The answer to that was yes and then she came back and told me now actually we can't do that.. okaaaaay fine I'll pay for an entire new drink in which now I've spent over $$60 I was very kind about this regardless of how I was spoken to for no reason. I then pay for the 4th smoothie and prepare to leave I had to come back for the remainder of my things as I was holding a baby and she clearly wasn't aware of her surroundings nor was she acting professional in her work environment as I walk in and the two girls are very snarkely gossiping and literally calling me names and talking negatively about me in front of other customers! Very unprofessional and I told her hi I'm still here and she then wanted to give me attitude even then I was kind and just letting her know hi we can all hear you girls.. I don't know what to say that was such a wild experience I'm very disappointed and just want the owner (who I love) to know what's going on in her small beach town local store that typically thrives off the aloha vibe we all love so much! Wasn't a good look at all. I hate to leave a bad review and for that reason I have to give it more stars but just want you to know DIANA!
