I had never used this companies services before. As always with any new service you can never be sure of the quality. However with Gutters N Covers My expectations were exceeded. Chuck came out to my house with two workers. All of which were exceptionally well mannered and professionals. They arrived on time the day of the projected project start. They worked with me and my wife to give us exactly what we wanted in the design. We were told he had never done a design the way we wanted but he made it happen. That is what I want when I pay for services. Chucks professionalism and his "can do" attitude is what won me and my wife over. Not only did he complete the project in the time frame he quoted but the yard was spotless when he finished. He and his crew took extra care and cleaned up every speck of material they dropped, took any trash, and was respectful of my family and my home. My total experience with Gutters n Covers was excellent. I first heard about them on Google. I had them come in to replace my patio cover, and everything turned out perfect. There was just a small problem with the bird guard that they put on, and they came out three different times (twice, at least) to make that right. And I was just really impressed with that. I have never met people like that in my life with that level of customer service. They truly do everything to please the customer. And everyone of their people is pleasant. They leave your yard and surroundings absolutely pristine that you couldn't tell that anybody has ever been there at all. So all in all, I just think that they're outstanding. Great Experience! We were extremely pleased with our experience from beginning to end. We pretty much knew what we wanted and received a few other quotes. We contacted Gutters N Covers through an add we found in a magazine flyer in the mail. Kristy made an appointment for a time that was convenient for us and provided us with a price. We had to install additional concrete and once that was done we met with Kristy again to finalize our choices. An appointment was scheduled and Clemente and Rodolfo did an amazing job. Gutters N Covers just completed a huge patio project for us in our new home this week. The previous owners did not take care of the patio very well, so we had gutters n covers re-do the entire patio from scratch: re-installing all frames, extending the patio, and also building custom patio cover that would be long lasting in this ever-changing California weather. Having dealt with many contractors in my time, I have to say that Gutters N Covers was one of the best. Their estimator Andrew (Drew) came out at a time that I set, was on time, and professional. Provided several options, we went with the Internet special which happened to be a 12 X 40 solid patio cover. On the install day, Mike and David the installers showed up on time, and got right to work. The entire job took a matter of hours. Just wanted to drop a huge thank you to Clyde and his entire professional team! Over the weekend we had seamless rain gutters installed (woo hoo right before rain season!) I have a rental property in San Bernadino with the most beat up patio you'd ever seen. I hired gutters n covers to completely demolish it and replace it with a brand new patio with covers (the weather out here is harsh). They came out over the weekend and completed the entire job in 48 hours - amazing! Was looking for a 10×20 lattice patio and called Gutters n covers after my neighbor recommended them. He got his patio from them too. I talked to Drew, who was extremely helpful in setting up a convenient appointment within the week. The installers were professional and cleaned up the area thoroughly. We had some damage to a rental of ours in the area and needed to upgrade our gutters. After contacting a few contractors in the area we where recommended to this firm my our general contractor. While we didn't think it was possible to get the job done within our budget they worked with us, and got the job done and actually under budget. I give NO STARS, but Yelp requires at least one. This company is a joke. After waiting two weeks for an appointment for a simple rain gutter install, they scheduled it on a day I was at work without calling me. We rescheduled for a Friday. I called Thursday to confirm the appointment and low and behold they had no appointment scheduled and couldn't do it. Terrible customer service, do not use. read more

The lead installer, Chuck, and his helpers Fabian and Isidro did a great job of cleaning up including picking up all the metal shards. They even rerouted a gutter downspout that was in the way of the patio cover. read more
