It looks like any other sub shop however there are rules. So make sure you read the menu. There is a standard way of ordering - as in lingo. I was actually nervous when I was up to order because everyone ahead of me seemed to know exactly what to say? You have to call your order but the # and then say "mikes way" or list off the ingredients you want. Honestly the guy making my sub seemed very unhappy to be there and wasn't very kind. I ordered the half sub and it was more than enough. I wished I could have chosen a different bread because this role seemed just basic. But the fillings made up for it. Fresh cut meats and cheese, thin shredding lettuce and tomato then mayo. It was great in its simplicity. I'd say the price is reasonable for what you get. If you can, definitely give it a try!

The chicken sandwiches were pretty good. The chicken was nicely seasoned-could use a touch more, the veggies were fresh, the bread (potato bun) was really good. It held the sandwich all the way through and didn't break up. I got mine medium so it wasnt too spicy, but overall was cool. The chicken tenders were for my kid- he got them country (no spice). The chicken was solid- same as the Sandos, it could use a bit more seasoning but overall decent chicken. My biggest gripe was the wait and the fries. It took quite a while for my order to be ready and the restaurant wasn't that crowded. Maybe 4 people in the store and possibly a car in drive-thru lane. Yet, when we received the fries they were cold. I went back in and the team was nice enough to provide newer fries and they were warmer, but not much better. My last issue was the sheer amount of fries provided. There are so few given to the customers. The waitress didn't know much about the menu or how to use the electronic ordering system. And after an extremely long wait, we had to get up to ask for our bill. We then waited again for a long time for someone to come get our credit card, but again, we had to get up and find a server to help us. The food was not nearly as good as it used to be. I had a smash burger, which was essentially a regular burger. And the cleanliness of the place was also disappointing. Apparently they also allow smoking in the outdoor dining area. Several people at the table next to us were smoking.

The menu consists of items made from Maine lobsters, such as Maine Lobster Rolls, Connecticut Lobster Rolls, lobster quesadillas, lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese, lobster bisque, as well as New England Clam Chowder. After looking over the menu, I decided to order some "Lobster Tots" (tater tots served with warmed Maine lobster, cilantro lime sauce, pico de gallo).
