The dental hygienist is nice, but the Dr/staff don't seem to care about you unless you're in the market for an expensive procedure. Regular cleaning appointments are hard to obtain and the staff won't reach out when they're supposed to (i.e. after 6 months). I'm sure Dr. Levi is a good dentist for serious procedures, but I wouldn't recommend this place for someone looking for an everyday dentist. read more

******BEWARE****** I was looking for new dentist so went to Dr Levi's office as they said they took my insurance, he said I needed an oral surgeon so I went somewhere else where they were fabulous, I made an appointment for a regular cleaning which My insurance pays for and to my surprise they said I owed them $160.00 for the cleaning, when I said my insurance pays they said we don't take your insurance, when I told them they took it before they said it was just a construction and they do it free anyway what????? You would think they would tell me when I gave them my insurance card after I called them to make sure they took the insurance that they would not accept it instead of letting me get work done there and give me a bill, I am not writing this immediately because I was so angry, the took a whooping $20.00 off so I paid $140.00 for a regular cleaning which I have 3 different dental policies to cover me, the cleaning seemed to be ok and just had exam from Dr Levi so cannot comment on what kind of skills he has, just so throughly disappointed that they changed if they take my insurance after work done really shady and uncaring, only giving 2 stars as the cleaning itself was ok, would give 0 stars for their integrity read more

I've had such a great experience with this office. First, in December I came in for teeth whitening and really could't be happier with the technician, Julian, the process, and the results. I have heard that he is very skilled and does an excellent job, but I couldn't vouch for the Dr.'s skills until this week, when I had to have 2 emergency root canals done because the pain just would'nt subside. I didnt feel the shots at all, and being in his care really was painless. He was also great at explaining what he was doing when he was doing it which helped relax me along the way. I can't say enough good things about Guy, both me and my boyfriend have done several procedures here. Was never disappointed once with the treatments. Guy is very patient and very attentive. I always feel he gives his 100%. Beside the fact that he is just super professional and knowledgeable he knows how to talk to the patients during the procedure and make the Pain anxiety go away, he has a rule "you feel pain I stop working" so there is no way he will be doing anything If you don't feel good about it. I wasn't sure in the beginning if I should write this review. This is my first negative review ever. Like all the people I want to get what I pay for. Nothing more nothing less.. We are not talking about couple of $ here and there.. it's thousands..$ people spending at dentist office. And it's about the job they do, which doesn't meet expectations for those money. So, this is about Guy Levi and his team. I was going to Guy Levi for a while now. Yes, he does a good job removing cavities and all that teeth cleaning.. Yes, he is nice, yes he is GENTLE like every other review says here. But it's not only about being gentle.. Their technician job is so bad. I just had my implant crown done. Seriously! I have a feeling like some practicing student made it. I'm not joking. I didn't see that crown in the beginning. He had it and I was ready for him to glue it for me. It was installed. And usually after they install it, you don't really get much how it feels how it looks, your gum a little numb, swollen etc. After couple of days having it.... omg...That crown doesn't even look like a tooth. It doesn't even feel like a tooth. It has some weird shape and it's much smaller then it has to be. I am so disappointed. Over $2k.. Come on! This fake tooth doesn't even worth a penny. Dr. Levi! If you charge so much money for all this job, then, please! Once you get crowns from your technicians, please, take a look at it.. How can you put it on a client? When it's obviously a terrible job was done. I'm serious. It's a shame! We do live in USA. And I never even would think I can get a such terrible job with my teeth. Another thing is Even Before my crown was made, they ask me to pay upfront in full for It. Like how? How can I pay for something which is not even existing yet? IN FULL? How? I get it maybe half... let's say, ok.. Then lady says: ok, since we know you, pay half and then pay other half, when your crown will be ready..So,money is the main Priority...if there is some imperfections in job and client won't notice right there, they wouldn't even mention anything... this is pretty sad. . Botox! I was doing Botox with someone for 2 years. She was doing for me only 10 units each time I'm coming to her office because I'm always fixing couple specific zones on my forehead. Two lines vertical between my eyebrows and lift a little(I'm talking extremely a little) my eyebrows. I don't even fix those horizontal lines on forehead. For 2 years I was doing every time 10 units only for same zones. And I was more then happy with results. This time I decided to try with dr. Levi. His office is much close to me then other lady. I did explain everything that needs to be done. I did specified she did 10 units for me... After he was done, I'm going to receptionist, she tells me: ok, 24 units. I was shocked. Lol. Are you kidding me? I have no idea where he could possibly inject all those 24 units... Where are those 24 units? With all those units I could do my entire face... and hell, yes! it's also about money.. It's more then twice I used to do.. when I stepped out the office, I literally felt like I was robbed. And this lady at the office she was out of her mind.. she was shocked I could ever do 10 units only. She says: 10 units? How come? I do 36 units she says.. I mean ,do you even think before you say something? Lmao.. I wanted to say ... Damn.. lady.. maybe because I'm way younger then you that's why I don't need to have same amount of units as you do. I did send some good customers to this doctor too..some time ago.. but from now I would NOT recommend to go to dr. Levi office if you need to do crowns. Other then that he is just an average doctor. And another wish is: to be honest with price list. Because for some reason different clients were charged absolutely different prices for same procedures. Guy is the best Dentist I have ever been to. I had a root canal done recently and this was the second root canal of my life, but the whole process was quick and painless.
