I must give credit where credit is due. I live nearby, so I tend to go to Guy's when I'm really craving pizza, but don't want to order a full pie for myself. Most days the pizza by the slice is just fine. It gets the job done. Last week I stopped by and I must say that my slices were on point. They were all hot and fresh. The sauce was just a tad sweet which I've always loved about Guys and the cheese was melty. And at $2 a slice, it was perfect! The food is every bit as good as their competitors, my orders are always completed quickly and accurately, and I believe they're a good value. I was at my friends house in Euclid and ordered a large pizza with sausage, peperoni and onion, I was shocked by the toppings, it had like a piece of sausage a piece of pepperoni and a piece of onion on each pierce of pizza slice!! It was the worst pizza I have ever seen. Not much sauce either. Also 6 wings we ordered 2 orders. My bill was $62.00 for a pizza and 12 wings! RIP OFF! I paid for a large pizza with 3 toppings on each pizza slice, did they run out of toppings or what!! Never again!! They should be ashamed to deliver something like that!!! read more

I've been coming to this location for over 10 years, I was first introduced to guys at a Christmas party when I was a little girl and I fell in love. The customer service has really gone down hill and I even stopped coming for a while but I missed the food so I came back. The food was even hit or miss at one point. I used to come here all the time, and have always received at least half decent service, however, the other day was beyond bad. I don't know what's going on, but it seems like whenever they put more than one girl behind the counter both quality control and the ability to competently serve disappear. Even though this location has a drive-thru, I dared to venture inside, thinking that I might be leaving a tip as usual. WRONG. I noticed that both the parking lot and the wait area were empty, so I figured service would be quick and easy; once again, WRONG. I ended up not being served at all and left without purchasing anything. I came here to grab a quick lunch, but ended up COMPLETELY ignored by 3 different servers who walked past me. When I peeked further into their "kitchen", I noticed that there were salads and raw chicken being prepared without gloves (can you say salmonella), and not a single hair covering was worn. I guess it's good that they ignored me; who knows what kind of illness I may have contracted from here. Not only will I not be returning, I advise that no one else come here. read more

These "guys" don't keep their word. I ordered a pizza that was delivered 2 hours late and cold. I understood that these things happen, and when I called them to let them know, they told me that I would receive a credit for my next order. When I called back for my credit, I was told that it was not in the system. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that they do not give the manger's name over the phone. Be careful dealing with companies who do not keep their word, make mistakes and are not accountable for making them. That's not just bad business, it's how you ruin relationships of any kind. I am so happy this place worked out. This new normal we are living is is hard to adjust to. I won't go out to eat. It just doesn't seem as fun to me. I have been almost exclusively eating home cooked for months! Not my usual lifestyle. I probably ate take out 3 times a week previous to the pandemic. And that's being super conservative. So, trying to figure out how to get a bit of balance comfortable for me, I got Door Dash. Pizza? Yes please. I have ordered 3x and every time my order was really good! Door Dash asked how I wanted things cooked, Ike well done pizza or wings. So the guys at Guy's made it exactly how I requested! Pizza sauce 100% tastes in house made, toppings are plentiful but not overbearing, crust super satisfying! YAY! Mild Buffalo wings well done were crispy and meaty. Not drowned in sauce but still had a buffalo flavor. So...consistently good pizza and wings, delivered to me not contact. Can't wait til the next time I'm over it with cooking and order it up from Guy's! read more

I'm sure the food is fine. But I have been waiting for my order for over an hour and I live right down the street. To make matters worse these people do not answer the phone. I've called countless time and have not received an answer all 10 times I have called. It's really rude and unprofessional to do business like that. A lot of employees think it's cool and funny to not answer customers calls and just let the phone ring off of the hook. Well not I have to go up there and get my food. What a joke. I've tried this place in two occasions. Had their "Chicago style" pizza and the crust was hard and overly chewy. Not what I've had in Chicago. I tried again tonight after a few months and the wait time was longer than Marcos so I tried to cancel my order. The General Manager said he couldn't cancel the order. WHAT??? Let me start with what I don't like...the pizza. I know, I know, I'm giving a pizza place 4/5 stars and I'm not a fan of the pizza. BUT, they have LOTS of other good offerings. Why don't I like the pizza? It's just not what I expect for the price. If I want a quality pie, I go to Congin's or Carmella's. Guys is more like Marcos. The flavors are great, don't get me wrong, but the dough/crust just isn't there, and it doesn't come together quite right. It's hard to explain. HOWEVER, the calzones are HUGE and delicious. Same with the gyros. And you'd have to be insane not to try the Guys Fries at least once. Go ahead and get something from Guys. Chances are quite high you'll enjoy it, and there's always coupons floating around that make a trial a no-brainer. read more

I ordered a pizza being new in the neighborhood. Was told 45 minutes to an hour, it was one hour 20 minutes later still no pizza I called and found out they made the pizza but didn't put it in for delivery. Was told they were going to remake it and then send it out which was another 45 minutes, they did give me 50 percent off but gave us a pizza that was not done the crust was still doughy n not cooked throughout. We were in from out of town and decided to order pizza. When placing the order, my husband clearly stated that our order was ick up. We had a coupon for calzones which the person taking our order had no clue about. Then my husband ordered the pizza and had them repeat our order back...it was wrong! We cleared everything up and were told 35 minutes...fine. My husband went for the pizza and upon arriving, our food was not there! They sent it out with the delivery girl! I walked into Guys Pizza in Euclid, and it took at least 3 minutes to be acknowledged for service. There were 3 people behind the counter! No one said, "hello" when I walked in. No one said, "We'll be with you in a minute." Nothing. I even walked back up to the counter, and no one asked if I had a question, or needed information. It was the most unwelcoming atmosphere I have experienced in a long time. While I was waiting for my pizza, I walked around to the dining area, and found that my feet were sticking to the floor! (It was raining outside.) When I looked down, I noticed that there is so much dirt caked on the floor, I felt like wiping my feet when I LEFT the restaurant. Is this supposed to be a design element? If so, it wasn't working. It was disgusting. It makes you wonder how clean the workers are. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy a pizza from Guys pizza. Food was Good - that is where they get the two star rating. Everything else, a lack of communication and caring. First off, I understand that this a business, I get that. I really do. But when a company puts in a large order online, one would think that there will be checks and double checks prior to someone coming to pick up the order. This was not done. A part of the order was incorrect, some of it was missing. (I know that I am not entirely blameless, but before I left the restaurant, I asked and was reassured that I had a complete order.) Called the restaurant back with my issue, wait time was long (but I was calling at the end of a peak time, no fault there) and it will be delivered. Ok, cool. 2 hours and 4 calls later, I found out that they did try to deliver the missing order, wrote the number down wrong to contact me. The Rep on the phone told me that the missing order was the left at the front desk - that was a lie, The Delivery Driver took it and left. When I called, I was told that there was a shift change; they have no idea what is going on and hung up. At that point, I believe that we will not be ordering from this establishment in the future. TL:DR - If you place a large order from this restaurant, don't. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more

All the people around us came in 15-20 minutes after us, got their food, ate, left, and we still didn't get our food.
