I would put the pasta and the whole milk into a pot and stir it on a medium heat until the pasta is cooked, then turn the fire off and stir in the cheese a little bit at a time, until it melts all the way. Season with salt and pepper to taste. It's not that hard. The Dr. Pepper I had to opt for (because they were out of sweet tea, and apparently not making anymore because of the shortened Sunday hours) did little to improve the situation. In fact, just made me less upset about it. It seems as the employees cared more about getting their Labor Day off than they did about my experience. I'm a first time customer.
