Pro tip : seems like most Saturday's they have a dish called Josh's chicken. I'm working on dropping some weight . So this is a chicken quarter with their seasoning / rub. It's excellent , by itself . But I strip the skin which sheds the chicken to about 270 to 300 calories . The Texas White BBQ takes LJ ' s offers takes this chicken to another level . The white sauce I was told does not have any sugar in it , so the calories are lower than any other white sauces you encounter , if any or few , in Texas . I then have cut celery sticks and cut carrots with the sauce to dip , and now you have an ALL world , lower calorie lunch or dinner . You could go with the regular bbq sauce .
