It made such a huge difference as it had been overwhelming for me; she came in and & helped me organize my closet, living room. She has often surprised me and once re-organized my linen close & I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it to get a towel! Another time, it was after I started working from home & I had been on vacation when she came to clean - I was working & looked out my window and suddenly noticed that my balcony had been totally redecorated- my patio furniture, planters & outdoor accessories had been moved around & placed perfectly & it was a beautiful surprise! Maria is excellent at what she does - she takes care of cleaning & finds ways to organize & make your life easier, you feel happy and at peace after your apartment has been cleaned. Today for example, Maria came & cleaned my carpet and took the time to make sure stains were treated and it has never looked better. I have pets & I am not a fan of carpet - but I have it and it looks fabulous - better than any of the carpet cleaning cleaners my apartments building has provided in the past when I've renewed my lease. The earliest they could do was nearly 2 weeks out from the time I called, but I figured if they were good and reasonably priced, it was worth the wait. Then the snow storm came and we needed to reschedule (no one's fault). They finally came out 5 days later and 2 women came out to get to work. They were allotted 4.5hrs a piece to clean our home, but only used 2.5. During that time, they did a half-assed job. When you schedule a deep clean, you expect the team to be very detailed and very thorough, especially with the money you're paying. We got none of that. The areas they did clean were either cleaned or cleaned decently, but not quite satisfactorily. And I say that because you can see streaks of where they did and didn't wipe/clean on many surfaces. They also didn't wipe down any of our table surfaces, dusted some areas but completely missed others within their reach, and cleaned only 3/4 of the kitchen and left some white residue all over the gas stove that was a pain to get off. On top of that, they didn't put anything they moved back; didn't respect my property (my cameras caught them playing with my gym equipment); used our supplies to clean when we didn't agree to that (ladder, paper towels, plastic bags); and during the 2.5 hours they were in our home, used a whopping 36 gallons of water (we have an app, it's great)! That's over half of what my husband and I use in 1 day. I mean, I want a clean home but not at the expense of a higher water bill. And I understand they want to mop the floors with fresh water, but it was overkill and we were under water conservation orders so they should've abided by that better. Of course, I sent an email letting them know about all the issues and they offered to send someone out to clean it. I declined since I'd already handled everything to my liking. But to add insult to injury, after I settled the score with them and canceled any additional services, I discovered multiple scratches on my new fridge that weren't there before they cleaned. I don't know what products they used or if the cloth has something abrasive on it, but it was not appropriate for a stainless appliance. It's pointless to complain to them now since it's outside the 24 hour window and I probably won't be compensated, but if you hire them, check your fridge when they're done. Just so this isn't a complete put-down post, they did leave my home smelling nice, the women were friendly-ish, and they showed up during the window they said they would.

Mira and Jasmine did a great job cleaning the bedroom and the bathroom; however, Taylor spent 2 hours working on the kitchen herself. I did communicate with Mira and her supervisor about Taylor's efficiency in the meantime but she's still been working really slow, which made Mira and Jasmine to do most of the work. Taylor also spilled alcohol on my countertop but didn't clean it before she leave and the island is dirty as shown in the pictures. I also tried to talk to their supervisor when I see the alcohol spill but haven't heard from them. This is the first service with them and will be the last one because it's not worth $380. *Updates: Did communicate with the customer service but they ask me to provide "video footage" to show that their maid spill the alcohol. That was TOTALLY insane. I've also enclosed the message below. They keep saying I have feaces but it's just some dog pees near my dog's cage. Clearly, My dog was a bit too "excited" to see the maids. I didn't ask the maids to clean it the first places and ask them not to get close with that area. Overall, really disappointed with their customer service and will NOT recommend their service to anyone.

I called 5 days in advance and specified that I wanted a deep cleaning since I was moving into a…read morenew house. The people before us had not completed many of the spring cleaning type of activities plus we did some remodeling, so need less to say we knew it wasn't going to be a normal cleaning. I told them over the phone the situation and the said that will be fine but it will be extra $25. When the cleaning crew(2 of them didn't speak a word of English) showed up I walked them through the house pointing out each and every area I wanted cleaned. Once we reviewed the house they asked for $150 more than what I was quoted on the phone. I called the company and they said the charge would be $250 based on my specifications. I had to leave to work while my mother came to watch over. When my mother would point out items that were not cleaned properly the lady would talk back and told her to do it herself. Once I came back from work and saw what was completed I called the company immediately complained. Jessica picked up the phone and told me to send pictures of what was not cleaned. Said she will try her best to work something out. Next day I called back and she said I would have to wait for the "owner" to come back to Dallas as she is currently overseas she said she will check the availability of one of the other cleaning crews. A day later I called back and then the tone changed saying the pictures I sent don't show any dirt which they clearly do. I mentioned over the phone that the areas I was showing were not even touched at all (inside kitchen cabinets, tub, shower, above the kitchen cabinet, blinds and etc...).. Then I was told these areas are not on the list, to witch I stated I know that's why I paid $100 more to ensure these items are taken care of. Make a longer story shorter they would not respond and asked me to stop calling. All I wanted was for a crew to come out and clean what I paid for. I wasn't even seeking.a refund just wanted the job I paid for to be completed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
