Never heard a word. I have called no less than 10 times and no one will call me back. They just took my money and ran and now I'm stuck with an expensive rug that is ruined. Carpet Cleaning Company. I just purchased a home and the bedroom carpets and carpeted stairs needed a good clean so I got on yelp, searched around and this company was one of the first to pop up. When I called the number listed on yelp someone promptly answered the phone. Incredibly nice lady on the other end. She was very informative about the services, asked me questions and gave me a very good rate in my opinion. The turn around time was quick too. They were available next day to do the job. Donovan arrived right at the scheduled time and was very friendly and professional. He walked in to look at all the spaces first, then explained what he will be doing and answered any questions I had. He started with spraying all the heavy stains in all of the rooms and stairs. By the way all their products are Green! So no dangerous smells or chemical residue. Shortly after spraying he came in with this machine that scrubbed all the stains out. Once that was done he still came back over it with a vacuum. Considering the work he was doing involved getting carpets wet he made sure he kept a thick towel handy to keep from tracking shoe marks all over the rest of the house. Very courteous! The service itself took about 2 hours to complete. The carpets are night and day difference. The stairs had heavy stains before and now look brand new after. The bedroom floors were just as good too. Calling to make an appointment was easy, Donovan the technician did an excellent job, and the work speaks for itself. He worked as a perfectionist, ran back and forth to his truck several times to get the right thing to clean all the spots. I couldn't believe how much dog hair AND gunky stuff Scott got out from inside and under the carpet! One hour after they started, the whole carpet was spotless, looking like new. I was incredibly surprised by the efficiency of Oxi Fresh of Carrollton. I have a dog and a twelve year old and the carpets had some wear and tear from the previous owners. The carpets look brand new. Jeffery did two living rooms, three large bedrooms and a flight of stairs in approximately hours. The process was not only quick but most of the carpets were dry before Jeffery left within the three hours. There was a stain on the carpet from V8. Jeffery went above and beyond to help get the stain out with additional treatment. Jeffery's equipment was very clean. He didn't cause any additional mess. I also had our dog at home with us during the cleaning. He was anxious about the cleaning and Jeffery was more than patient with the dog and was so kind that the dog was calmly watching him clean and kissing him toward the end. Our house is only 3 years old but we had a cat who had stomach issues and ended up soiling various parts of our bedroom carpet and living room rug. Also, between the cat and myself (I have long curly hair) there was so much shedding! Now the carpet looks brand new! Their process uses less water than traditional steam cleaning so it will dry faster--in approximately one hour. They definitely pulled up a lot of hair (I saw the giant ball) and the stains from the cat are gone. The entire process took about an hour and Scott and Cameron were actually early, although I wasn't ready yet. :) Cost was worth it: a little over a $100 for our large bedroom, closet and large area rug.
