We purchased an older house with mostly single-paned windows that need to be replaced. Valentina and Guram replaced over a dozen windows, some as wide as 12 feet. They were very communicative, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I think they are probably a little cheaper because they don't have fancy marketing (e.g., one company gave me a tote bag & magnets during our estimate visit). Guram and Valentina both came back in person twice to answer any questions. They told me it would take 1-2 days and they ended up only taking one day! Guram came to do the work himself which was impressive (with a small team). Guram noticed something special that had to be dealt with regarding our windows (can't really explain well but they're old) -- he said it would take longer and be more work for him... but he also said he wouldn't charge us more which we were grateful for.
