When I bright my bike in, David started working on it immediately and my keys were back hanging from my belt loop and kickstand up within an hour or so. Don't waste your time calling around to other local shops or dealerships. Skip the bs and just bring your bike to these guys! ** I moved back into the area and needed a solid local shop to take my Harley for service and repair. Steel Knuckle has great reviews so I gave them a go. I spoke with David by phone and he was able to call me back within an hour with a quote on a rear tire. SK's prices are waaaay more competitive than going to the HD Dealership (but that's just a given, as HD has no problem giving it to you right where the sun don't shine every time). They're also a little cheaper than the other local shops that I called. My tire was ordered the same day that I spoke to David, and 2 days later I was in the shop having it put on. This shop is great. They clearly do a lot of work for the bikers in the Palm Beach area, as There were all kinds of rides inside. Some of the customs and paint jobs in that place are bad ass! All the guys were chill and super cool to chat with while I waited for my bike. I was back on the road within an hour of arriving. I have been bringing my bikes to him for a few years now. Always a quick turnaround and always done right. One time I was having an issue with my bike intermittently turning off when I rode. I pulled up and explained what was going on. I was ready to leave it and he said wait one sec, I bet the battery terminal is loose. Sure enough he fixed it and sent me on my way no charge. I recommend these guys if you are having an issue. They are fair honest and priced reasonably.

Prior to scheduling, I called the Service Department directly and was quoted a total cost of $200-$250 for the work. My appointment was confirmed for June 19, 2026. Upon arrival, staff appeared unprepared for my visit despite the confirmed appointment, but proceeded to take the motorcycle in for service. Before work began, I asked for a verbal estimate and was told the job would require approximately two hours of labor -- consistent with the phone quote, so I authorized the service. When I returned four hours later, I was presented with a bill for $672.40 -- nearly three times the original quote. When I questioned the discrepancy, the Service Representative's only explanation was, "I told you it was about two hours of labor." At no point during our conversation, either by phone or in person, was I informed that the shop's labor rate was $185.00 per hour. Had this figure been disclosed upfront, I would have declined the service and completed the flush myself. This experience represents a significant failure in price transparency and customer communication. A verbal quote that turns out to be less than half the final invoice is not a minor miscommunication -- it is a serious breach of trust. Having reviewed other customer feedback for this location, I've found similar accounts of undisclosed labor rates and inflated final bills, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a pattern of business practice. Despite being a longtime, repeat customer, I will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly encourage other riders to obtain a detailed, written estimate -- including the hourly labor rate -- before authorizing any work here.

My son sent me to Tony's. Prior to going my son called and got a quote for $240 for a set of used…read moretires. When I got there I spoke to Tony and told him my son called. He acknowledged the call and told his guys what to put on the car. When I went to pay, I reiterated the phone agreement and he said, "ok, $320". I said no, you said $240. He said, "ok, $280". I asked what happened to the $240. He said, "no no, $280 is good". They were already on my car, the price wasn't horrible and I needed them, so I paid the $280 and left (although not the agreement). A month later I was filling my tire up every other day. I stopped by the shop and they said I had a small hole in my side wall. They told me i could buy a new tire but it wasn't their fault. As I was there, I saw a friend of my sons who he had sent there as well. She had just purchased a tire from them the week before. While driving, her tire blew out. They told her not their fault but she could buy a new tire. This is unacceptable. I understand they are used tires but they should back what they sell and also understand they are used tires that may have flaws and may be unsafe/no good. This is not the way to do business. My son is in the automotive field and has sent numerous people to Tony's. Many of which have been unsatisfied and had similar experiences. Buyer be ware.

Have bought all my tires at Tony's since he opened his new location on Military Tr…read more Last month, his staff put 2 tires on the front, and as I always do - I asked him not to tighten the lug nuts too tight in case I get a flat Last Wednesday - I got a flat 6 hours - 2 mobile mechanics - and 2 tow truck drivers later, I had my car towed back home almost 70 miles - then towed over to Tony's the following morning Oer the weekend - I noticed an increase in the wobbling in the front end of my car as I increase speed, and today I can see where the front two tires are not symmetrical - with the tire they replaced slightly angling out So after making an appointment with my alignment guy today for 4:00 p.m. - I called Tony, asked him if I can have 5 minutes of his time - and - because he was having multiple conversations at the same time - had to tell him my story at least five times, over and over and over again And when I finally asked him if he would like to pay half for my alignment - a measly $50 - he gave me the runaround and hung up on me After everything I had gone through - and now have to go through with my alignment - all because of his staff okay - this is how the owner of the company treated me. and and I'm, at least I was until 10 minutes ago, a very good customer DO NOT take your car here under any circumstances for tires, or anything else You do so at your own risk and they will accept no responsibility whatsoever when they mess up your car And that's the truth - the whole truth- and nothing but the truth Pictured is the flat tire which would not come off (until they hammered it off and messed up my alignment) because their staff put the lug nuts on way too tight
