So far, I'm not impressed. I filled out all the forms to get a service appointment. I got a text saying I had a 4 AM appointment on Labor Day. I sent a message saying I was busy & asking them to call me. Heard nothing. Called one location. The guy that answered said to hold a minute. I could hear him ranting about a customer. Went on & on. Finally gave up and called another location. Was told I'd have to drive down and have them look at it--it's different on every model. The job is to repair a door handle on a Tesla model s. It's the same on every model s with one small difference, but the parts and procedure are the same. Besides, I can tell him which variant I have. He has to see it. There are 100 YouTubes on how to do this and these are supposedly Tesla specialists. Tesla Service Center gave me a quote without seeing it. It's a long way to Boca when there's absolutely no reason for it. Guess I'll do it myself. read more

My first and last time with this shop. Based on reviews I decided to give them s shot. They had quoted me a price I agreed " when can you have this done by" today he said, perfect. Then at 4pm I get a call, said they got wrong parts from supplier obviously I was not happy to hear that. Then next day I had to call & ask ETA as it was promised "same day service". I had to call to see ETA on my car he said let me find out & call you back, zero urgency whatsoever. He finally called parts should be here pretty soon finally calls & says it's ready. Then the next morning I called to let them something is not right, they said the tow truck "is on its way" to pick up my car, after 90 minutes I called again they said on its way, another 60 minutes goes bye I call again, they said tow truck is NOT on its way, I am sitting here wasting my time waiting for a tow truck that no one dispatched tow truck driver ,because "Josh" was not in yet so they lied several times to me , thats really nice & professional, not . Evidently if " Josh" is not around the whole operation is at a stand still. It was not a good experience for me. My car smelled like grease. We took our Audi A4 to Bill Tyson Auto Repair in early November to have the air conditioning fixed, as it was not blowing cold air. Given their strong reputation and positive reviews in our area, we trusted them with the repair. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon picking up the vehicle by tow truck, they called to inform us of a crack in the windshield. Assuming it was a small, previously unnoticed crack due to their work on the dashboard, we didn't question it. However, when the car was returned a week later, there was a huge crack across the windshield--something that was absolutely not there before. Additionally, the dashboard was reassembled poorly, with pieces misaligned, broken, and the screen scratched. When we reached out to discuss these issues, Bill Tyson Auto Repair referred us to a separate company to replace the windshield on our own. We insisted they check their intake photos and security cameras to confirm the windshield's condition prior to service and demanded that they correct their sloppy interior reassembly. After some back and forth, they agreed to repair the windshield and fix their mistakes. Several weeks later, they called, demanding we bring the car in with little notice, despite never informing us in advance. As a parent with a toddler and a husband at work, we couldn't drop everything to accommodate their poor scheduling. They were frustrated, even though the miscommunication was their fault. After yet another reschedule, they finally fixed the windshield, but the interior was still not fully repaired, and the screen now had a second scratch. At this point, we told them we would take the car elsewhere for proper repairs and bill them for the costs. They pleaded for one more chance, promising to order a new screen and left panel. A month later, we had to follow up on our own, only to find out that the parts had already arrived--but they had forgotten who they ordered them for. If we hadn't checked in, who knows if our car would have ever been fully repaired. Months later, after multiple weeks in their shop, the car was finally fixed. They did apologize, but there was no offer of a discount for the massive inconvenience. They didn't seem to care about the major disruption due to their poor work, lack of attention to detail, and failure to have a manager properly review the car before sending it back to us had caused. We chose Bill Tyson Auto Repair based on their strong reputation, but our experience was frustrating and disappointing. While they eventually made things right, the stress, delays, and lack of professionalism made this an experience I would not recommend to others. read more

Typically, I don't take the time to leave reviews, but the service here more than warrants a 5 Star review. The water pump went out on my F-150 King Ranch and I needed it repaired fast because of an upcoming vacation. Within a couple of hours they had towed my truck to their shop on a flatbed and I received an electronic quote for the work that afternoon. They kept me informed of the progress, called when the work was finished, I paid, and the truck was delivered back to my house. This was the easiest process I have ever experiences when it comes to a vehicle repair. I do most of the work on my truck myself, from oil changes to replacing the calipers, and I am picky with who I use if I'm not doing the work myself. I will absolutely not step foot near this place again, and neither should you if you have used them or are thinking of using them. I brought my car in for leaking coolant. I was told it was the water pump that needed to be replaced, but given the age of the car and the work to be done they advised to also change out the belts, the crossover pipes and all associated parts, tubes, and clips. A few days later it was leaking again. I was told by them that it could be air inside the coolant system, just need to top it off. I did that, but the car was still leaking a lot of coolant. At this point, I decided to get a second opinion as this all did not seem right to me. I took it to the dealership and they confirmed that the crossover pipes were never replaced, never touched, never looked at. In addition, they said they would not have recommended replacing anything else that was not associated with removing and replacing the crossover pipes. So I wonder what Bill Tyson's would have told me if I brought the car back to them...a new radiator??! The bill for all that work by Bill Tyson's was over $4700. I called again to speak with the owner, and conveniently, Bill is on vacation for the week. So your vacation is more important that you can't take 5 mins to resolve $4772 of your client's money. I run my own business too, and when you run a business, you have to be accessible, even during vacations. You clearly don't care for your clients, especially how your business tried to roll me over for so much money for unnecessary work and work that was never done. read more

My Tesla A/C died (I thought) brought it to Tesla they said we have to replace the system price $5,100. I called around for mechanics who service "Tesla". After several calls I spoke with Mike (the manager) who indicated bring it in we will check it out. Lucky I did he discovered it was the blower motor not the system and did not even need a recharge.
