We have an older mustang that wouldn't turn on so had it towed to this repair shop, upon entering everyone was really nice and I explained all the issues to Ron who worked on the vehicle and called the next day to let me know it was the alternator. Hearing those words all I could think of was "$$$" but he quoted me a fair price and when I went In to pick up the car and pay it was still the same price "shocker huh" !! I was visiting from out of state and having issues with my front axles and transmission. I was quoted at another place in Boynton Beach that my father uses Ace for $1000 for the axles and would probably need a new transmission on my 2012 Nissan Murano. I was just going to buy a new car but I called Noted for a second opinion and Steve said he could fix it for less. I dropped my car off and was given a quote of $750, but he gave me discounts and coupons and it was a total of $550 and it was done in a couple hours. He fixed my axles, did a transmission flush, also changed my brake fluid, fixed my passenger side window and replaced a no good wiper. I can say enough about Steve and would definately recommend him to anyone. I am so happy i called him. My car runs awesome now and he will now be my fathers new mechanic. read more

Steve, who is the owner of the shop, has really good guys on his team. They are all honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable. This auto shop doesn't fix anything they only FULLY REPLACE. By this I mean if you have a leak they don't tighten or repair the piece they replace the entire part and 2 days later when there's still a leak they replace another part until you finally realize they haven't fixed the initial problem and your bill is $2000. Stay away from this shop and BTW their excellent reviews are written by employees! read more

Politicians, car salesmen and fat personal trainers you shouldn't trust. This place you can trust! I was concerned about their low prices, but I got more than my money's worth and then some. I'm not one to write a review but I honestly wouldn't even give 1 star. They are very nice people but very good at scamming. I'm a young women who recently moved to the FL area. I needed a new liftgate window and they over priced me for an entire window plus labber. Let me tell you...it doesn't take 2 hours to do the job. My total was suppose to be $700 and ended up being $900. The guy added new parts without my knowledge. After talking to him...he was able to "help bring the price down to $700 again." A couple days later I realize there was a part broken and the paint chipped. My dad is an ex auto mechanic, who is furious with the laziness and scamming they did to me. My dad does not live in this state or else I'd have him help me. read more

This shop took my Jeep, identified the issue, and fixed it, all within one day. Ended up paying 100 dollars less than the original quote because the necessary parts were found cheaper. I love this place!! As a female, I'm always wary of mechanics. While I know enough to know when to seek another auto shop it's still frustrating. Noted has always been very fair and reasonably priced. Michelle at the counter is very nice and all the mechanics explain everything to you and make reasonable recommendations. One time, they even drove me home because they didn't want me driving my car but it would be a long while until the parts came in and it's was ready. I have referred friends here and they have positive experiences as well. read more

Noted Automotive 606 W Industrial Ave Boynton Beach, FL 33426....is the WORST place to bring your car to!! I called ahead and asked about a repair. They told me to bring it in to get it looked at. I arrived and they looked at my car only to tell me a need an entirely new fan assembly. Yet, I replaced it last year. They want to charge me $378.00. I told them I will be back. Then they wanted $75.00 for diagnostic tests. Nobody said on the phone there's a charge or is there a sign that says it. The guy throws my keys on the counter and says, "don't ever come back here!" I went to a garage a block away and paid $120.00 for a new fan cuz the bearings were going causing my car to run hotter than normal. Noted was trying to rip me off. Excellent service - they trouble shot an electrical issue no other mechanic could find!

Went there and got a part replaced... they replaced it i got home and with in 2 days was acting up again. they said someone took a screwdriver to the seal and they couldn't replace it with the warranty. I told the they were the only ones under my hood. we even talked so i could find out what and where the piece was, if the seal could have broke while i drove it and why someone would tamper with the part and there was no good reason to tamper with it and it couldnt have broke when i drove it... wouldn't make the car louder, faster or any other reason for me or anyone else to touch it. I figure one of their mechanics did it while putting it in. they refused to fix it and gave me the run around for like a year. Ill never use them again. read more

steve and the guys have been working on my cars for years and my moms as well. I tell everyone I know about Noted because they are extremely fair and very good. It is not an easy recommendation to give someone regarding auto repair but with these guys it is an easy one. 1st my wife took her car for service and to have the headlights restored. She picked-up the car and brought it home where I noticed that although we were billed the headlights had not been touched. Had to go back and have them do it. Then I took my Jeep and paid them to do a smoke test to find a leak I had been chasing. They told me I needed to replace my evap cannister, which I had just done, but that there was no leak. I asked how a smoke test informed them the cannister was bad? They assured me there was no leak and that they had done the smoke test. Cost me $200. Fed up with the engine code still telling me there was a leak I went to the dealership. Smoke test done and an immediate and obvious leak was detected. Dealership test cost me $100. These guys are either crooks or they're incompetent. Both I suspect. NEVER take your vehicle here. I would give negative stars if I could. read more
