Mercedes Club is perfect for me. Thank you for keeping the music fairly quiet after a long day of work, and thank you for the fantastic service by management and customer service. Also a shout out for quiet lockers!!! Yes!! Every other club has these slamming lockers and I want to lose my mind. Everything feels a bit cramped and it feels more like a hotel gym. However all the machines and weights are brand new and the gym isn't crowded during peak hours right now. I came in at 7 and was able to get a great workout in without having to wait for anything. The front desk staff are really friendly and welcoming. One thing I do love is how accessible this lifetime is to get to using the subway. It's a great gym and perfect for when you want a change of scenery from the lifetimes at sky and 23rd street.

What makes this place work is staff of terrific people that make the place run. Always friendly. Always helpful. They get more than five stars any day of the week.

I recently took a yoga class here and really enjoyed it. The instructor, Moriah, created a welcoming environment, and it was a great way to stretch, recover, and recharge after a busy week. Definitely used muscles that had not been used in a while and I felt it. The variety of group fitness classes is one of the main reasons I joined. Since this was my first class, I didn't realize you had to sign the physical class check in form when you scan your barcode to enter the gym. So I received a $10charge for no show. I called and a staff member was able to help me by flagging this situation for someone who could get the charge reversed. The gym has plenty of equipment, and the amenities are excellent. The dry sauna has quickly become one of my favorite features. The locker rooms are spacious and stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, blow dryers, and even hair straighteners, which is a thoughtful touch. I'm only a week into my membership, but I'm really happy with my decision to join and look forward to spending a lot more time working out here.
