I've known Jake for many years now and trained with him back in the day and he pushed me [then] into the best shape of my life. Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon and gained a lot of weight due to living an unhealthy lifestyle and dealing with medical conditions. We took the dirt trail to the right going back to our parking area and it was a nice beautiful hike. Take some water with you so you can stay hydrated during the summer.

Highly recommended, hands down the best boot camp in the Inland Empire!!!!! I started coming to Gym Rats as a trial in April, while attending another local boot camp. I soon canceled my other membership and joined Gym Rats full-time. Prior to March I had not worked out in over five years. I now attend classes five-seven days a week, sometimes twice a day. The trainers are great about constantly changing the workouts which keeps me from getting bored. Gym Rats offers more than just boot camp classes. My husband and I have taken advantage of body compositions, meal plans, supplement guides and detailed training schedules. Gym Rats is unlike anything I've ever been a part of. We really are a family. We come to class and work as a team. The trainers are great about making everyone feel welcomed. They are professional, motivating and make working out fun! At Gym Rats they take their time and fully explain the workout and correct your form, which for me is a huge positive. I first heard about Gym Rats about 2 years ago from a friend. At that time, i wasn't really into working out, nor did I have any motivation to. I recently joined when they offered a free trial and since then I became a member. I had 2 other gym memberships and cancelled them both out. Gym Rats has a great workout schedule. Would say the workouts are definitely challenging and intense but you do everything at your own pace. Trainer constantly pushes you to succeed and also will work with you on your form. . Other members are very friendly. They help motivate you and there's a lot of team work! Some even drive 30 miles plus and have been members since day 1. Love the atmosphere. With the unlimited pass, you are able to go multiple times per day without feeling like you are just taking up space. Trainer is an awesome person with a very big heart. After seeing the results my co worker had with Gym Rats Fit, I decided to give it a try. So the next Saturday I began what is now an amazing journey. I would recommend this boot camp to those that need that push to get in shape, it's definitely a challenge but then, it should be. I started seeing results the very next month which motivated me to change my eating habits. I talked to Andy about my goals and he created a meal plan that keeps me full and energized. The boot camp workout with my meal plan is the best ! I feel fantastic, motivated and so grateful to Andy and his dedication to not only me but all of us that attend. They have a water station and provide toiletries (deodorant and pads) in the restroom. It's a clean studio. At the end of every class, they give you a wipe and spray to wipe down the reformers/equipment. Which is much nicer than a simple disinfectant wipe because it feels like you're actually cleaning everything. Sometimes it's hard to get into a class, sometimes you get off the waitlist quickly. It just depends on who the instructor is. Madison and Jen have great workouts that give you enough time in between to catch your breath. If you're looking for a challenge, take one of Sydney's classes. She will definitely work you out! There are quite a few people who go here regularly and still don't have the correct form or they move a lot quicker than how the exercise is supposed to be performed, so that should say something about how often the instructors take the time to provide corrections. Overall, it's a good place to start your pilates journey.

I have never been disrespected by any men here. I go at different times of the day, both mornings and evenings, so I see different groups of people, and my experience has always been positive. Overall, the gym is great. I really like that there have been upgrades with new machines being added. It's nice to see the gym continuing to improve the equipment for members. One suggestion I would have is adding more recovery options. The sauna is great, but many gyms are starting to offer additional recovery amenities. It would be really nice to see things like massage chairs, a cold plunge, or other recovery features added for members. Another improvement that could help would be organizing some of the machines a bit more by section, such as grouping leg machines together and arm machines together. Aside from those suggestions, I really enjoy this gym. It's a clean, safe environment and a great place to work out. The staff here are also great and very helpful. I saw some people mention that the blonde woman who works here is rude, but that has not been my experience at all. She has always been very nice. She may have a strong voice and might come across as serious at first, but once you talk to her she is actually very kind. She may just not be a super bubbly person, and that's okay because everyone has different personalities. I would also like to point out that all of the employees here have been nice and respectful. This is not just a do it yourself Gym, the owners Sean & Nico take great pride in what they do and take the time to show you proper technique in all the exercises. They pride themselves on having a very motivating and friendly atmosphere making sure you never feel like a failure. When you unable to do a specific exercise, they modify the exercise to fit your ability and help you build so maybe next time you can. I have met some exceptional people ranging in age from 12 years and above (I might be the oldest) that I am sure someday I can call my real friends. You know the kind, the ones that cheer you on when you are drenched with sweat, trying to finish the last 10 seconds. The ones that will not let you quit because they know how it feels when you succeed. I tried Camp Transformation and lost some weight but they go after the masses and once you finish the challenge, they move on to the next group. They encourage you eat right while on the challenge only allowing you to eat from a list of about 25 foods. I found it very difficult once completing my challenge to keep the weight off. Xtreme Solutions Gym on the other hand takes the time to show you how to eat healthy not limiting your food choices and even offers to cook you a healthy breakfast after an early morning workout or protein shake in the evening. I know that in a few more weeks (well maybe months in my case) I will be able to push through almost anything I throw my way. My attitude and approach to life is changing for the better. Each moment of life counts and builds on the next. Therefore, if you are looking to try something new, want to kick some butt or just make yours a little smaller. I have been plagued my some minor injuries and movement deficiencies and working with Nate is making a big difference.
