I've been a member of this gym since day one, after being grandfathered in from the old location on the other side of the 91 freeway. I realized I never got around to leaving a review, so here it is. The gym is spacious, well-equipped, and has state-of-the-art squat racks and machines you don't always find elsewhere. But what really sets this place apart are two things that are hard to come by: an awesome crowd and genuinely friendly, welcoming staff. I met some great people here and truly enjoyed training alongside them. Although my circumstances and commute eventually changed and I could no longer make it in regularly, it honestly took me almost a full year to cancel my membership -- not because of the gym, but because I kept hoping I'd be able to stop by again and train with the friends I made there. When I finally did cancel, the process was surprisingly easy (unlike many other gyms), which I really appreciated. Overall, this is a fantastic gym with great people, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. read more

I've been going to this gym for a few months with a friend and unfortunately the bathroom especially the sinks are DIRTY and to my surprise today the SINKS NOT WORKING at all, which is very unsanitary. if you like the SMELL OF WEED there are members that will smoke in the bathrooms and around the gym! Unfortunately the staff haven't done anything on this! Worst of all there is a particular group that shows up in the morning and loves to GRUNT VERY LOUDLY throughout the gym... and this behavior is completely negligent by the staff. I enjoy coming to this gym. I'm always greeted upon entering and when leaving. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is nice and clean. They have a lot of equipment and the staff will come around cleaning them as well. I just wish they had a sauna but they have other amenities such as hydro massage, red light and tanning beds. read more

The place is decent overall, but it could benefit from better treadmills. One issue I've noticed is that the staff doesn't consistently refill the paper towels and spray bottles, which can be frustrating. Most of the time, they're just chatting at the front or sitting down. It would be great if they walked around occasionally to check and restock these items. That said, the staff is welcoming and friendly, which I do appreciate. Another issue is that the paper towel dispensers sometimes don't work. Also, they really need to turn up the AC or those giant fans because it gets pretty hot in there. Other than these points, everything else is okay. read more

Update: Allen called me today and advised that my refund has been processed. He was very courteous and professional and got in touch with me quickly. ----- Seems like I'm not the first to have this issue - I canceled and they keep charging me. Then I was assured that my membership was actually canceled and that no more charges would occur. A month later, today, they charged me again. The best part is that I've been out of work for months and just got back to work...still waiting for my 1st pay day and these guys just took half my grocery money. read more

I live in NorCal, but I'm always down here for the holidays. This gym makes it so easy for me to still get in my workouts during this time. The gym staff is super friendly, and are always attentive to people walking in. Shout out to Jayden, very polite and nice guy! For a while now and it's been declining in quality. I've noticed that the afternoon staff work poorly compared to The morning staff not cleaning properly to where I'm finding garbage around the bathroom and the sinks are super dirty and don't even bother to check in with the incoming members. and the gym gets quite crowded ever since the nearby crunch fitness closed down. read more

I had few issues with this gym I currently own there memberships. On Monday July 15 around noon I was aware the owner was there, I wanted to share my concerns of the gym. I called, a woman by the name of Erika answers the phone I ask to speak to the owner and proceeds to lie and say he is not there. I I said OK I would like to speak to the manager. She put me on hold and then comes back and says he's not available as well. I'll take your number and have them call you. I gave her my number and I knew I wasn't going to receive a call back. Their own employees are covering their own mistakes. So if you want to be lied to and have people that act completely unprofessional, this is a place for you. It is very hard to reach a manager in the late evening as that is the time I work out usually. I'm highly disappointed with their customer service. read more

I wanted to come on here and update my review. I've been coming here for about 5 months now and I really do like this gym. The equipment is nice and I think that there are enough machines to where you never really wait too long. I love the outside area because I can get some sun and it's pretty quiet. Staff is overall very nice and chill. Oh and the music is so good!! My cons for this place honestly have more to do with gym goers and not the facility itself but I want to be as honest and wholistic as possible if anyone is reading this and planning on signing up. One thing I've noticed is that there are several high schoolers which is not really an issue to me except for the football team that started going recently in the morning. They use the facility as their personal weight room and it's at least 20 kids + coach. And coach is blowing his whistle and everything. This has affected me because I love working out outside and they use the entire outside area and do stations. So a lot of the time all the machines + the turf is being used. Another thing that I had not noticed until I signed up was the amount of tripods. This gym has several people that record their work outs which doesn't bother a lot of people but, me personally, I'd prefer not to be in the background of a TikTok video. And there's no rule against it but I personally don't like it. One more thing I've noticed which honestly I think all gyms have this so idk if it's considered a con, but there are a lot of gym rats that will use several machines in their personal circuit while the gym is busy. It's a pet peeve for me because the person will be using 2-3 machines and when someone comes to use one of them they claim it as they are not done with their sets, yet they are not using the machine for several minutes. The equipment is for everyone and I don't think it's fair to use a bunch when the gym is busy. Overall it's quality facility. And I do like it much more than the LA fitnesses I was going to. I recommend doing the trial if you're thinking about signing up. read more

I've been to almost every gym in the inland empire as a client and worked at alot as a trainer. I can say for the price and amenities they have, as well as the updated equipment. Curl fitness is definitely one of the better gyms I've been to. It's so good I just left my home Gym of over 10 years to join up here. The only thing is they currently don't have a sauna. They are supposed to be installing one. We all know everyone loves the suana so I'm pretty sure they aren't lying about expanding the club over the next year and adding a suana as well as even more equipment and amenities. But they have red light therapy and tanning so that's should help some of you. Also staff is awesome I signed up with Yaneli she is very nice and helpful. This gym is by far the best gym I have been to in quite some time. I will gladly drive the 20+ miles to work out here. This gym is ALWAYS clean, and while working out there are employees constantly cleaning, vacuuming and making sure the equipment are all working properly. The staff could use a little help there are a few employees that just sit there as your checking in and don't greet you BUT Evan is extremely polite, helpful & has a lot of knowledge about fitness and always greets as your coming in. The people who come to this gym are nice & helpful as well. All around aside from some of then staff members not being as friendly, everything else makes up for that. I couldn't be more happy with my switch from LA Fitness to Curl! The equiptment is much newer and better taken care of. The staff is super friendly (especially Genelly, definitely not how you spell her name lol sorry!) I LOVE that there is a beautifully kept outdoor gym too. The best part.... You not only get full use of the gym, but with my package I get a standup premium tanning bed daily, red light therapy daily and a hydro massage daily. This place seems too good to be true!!!! This gym is great and close to home. All the equipment is new and they have multiples of each. When it gets crowded at the 5 o'clock rush it's nice to have an outside gym option, that's right they have an outdoor equipment area! Classes are available and are included with the premium membership. They have a red light booth, a standing tanning booth and water Massage tables. The staff is friendly and they have someone cleaning the premises at all times (this is one of the reasons I left 24 hour, cobwebs and dirt everywhere even after Covid). They even play good music and keep the fresh air flowing inside. I'm glad I switched and look forward to a long partnership with this gym. read more
