This is such a positive place! I have only been a member for 3 weeks but I already feel better physically, mentally and emotionally! This is not just a do it yourself Gym, the owners Sean & Nico take great pride in what they do and take the time to show you proper technique in all the exercises. They pride themselves on having a very motivating and friendly atmosphere making sure you never feel like a failure. When you unable to do a specific exercise, they modify the exercise to fit your ability and help you build so maybe next time you can. I have met some exceptional people ranging in age from 12 years and above (I might be the oldest) that I am sure someday I can call my real friends. You know the kind, the ones that cheer you on when you are drenched with sweat, trying to finish the last 10 seconds. The ones that will not let you quit because they know how it feels when you succeed. I tried Camp Transformation and lost some weight but they go after the masses and once you finish the challenge, they move on to the next group. They encourage you eat right while on the challenge only allowing you to eat from a list of about 25 foods. I found it very difficult once completing my challenge to keep the weight off. Xtreme Solutions Gym on the other hand takes the time to show you how to eat healthy not limiting your food choices and even offers to cook you a healthy breakfast after an early morning workout or protein shake in the evening. I know that in a few more weeks (well maybe months in my case) I will be able to push through almost anything I throw my way. My attitude and approach to life is changing for the better. Each moment of life counts and builds on the next. Therefore, if you are looking to try something new, want to kick some butt or just make yours a little smaller. I know Sean and his boy Nick as my gym family. I have been working out there religiously for about 5 months now. Every class is filled with motivation, jokes, and that extra push you didn't think you could do. This place exceeds every other chain gym. Your not just a number on a clip board Sean and Nick know everyone by name and honestly care about you and your well being. I have been involved with other gyms and this one is by far the best work out, the best people, the best trainers, and the best atmosphere. This gym is more than a gym. You're treated like family but they push you to succeed. They have lots of knowledge to give and I learned a lot from them. I joined this gym about a year ago and sadly moved out of the city, so I couldn't make it to class any longer. A year later I have not found another gym like it and I cannot get over how much I miss Sean and nick. Xtreme Solutions Gym is a great place to get a real workout with people who really care. I just got back into the gym working out at a regular schedule in January of 2013. Sean and Nico make it fun to train and are there to aid you in every step of the process, from working out to nutrition to just making you want to want to work out. These guys are some of the most genuine people that you will meet, they are there for you. They take the difficult task of working out and make it fun and enjoyable, while pushing you to your limits without pushing you too far. Sean and Nick are extremely amazing!! I know everyone must love their trainers n think they are the best ...but mine really are THEE BEST!! Ive tried different gyms and it just wasn't working out for me ....here not only do you have your trainers pushing you to do better with every work out and educating you on nutrition to have a healthier lifestyle, but you have the rest of the people that walk in those doors motivating each other. Sean and Nick are AMAZING. That's the first word I think of to describe them. I started out emailing with Sean and he answered all of the 50 questions I had. I knew I didn't need to look elsewhere after that. My first day I was so nervous, but that went right out the door as soon as I shook Sean's hand. You instantly feel right at home when you walk through their door. I have only been coming to Xtreme Solutions Gym for about two weeks now doing one on ones with Sean and I have been so happy. Sean gives me that motivation and push I need to continue my workouts and to not stop when it starts to hurt. Even though Nic doesn't train me, he is always there to support me and cheer me on. I also love the fact that Sean is so easy to converse with and they are REAL conversations. No gym/trainer will ever compare to Xtreme Solutions with Sean and Nic. I recently moved to Riverside and wanted to find a Gym. In the past, I've had memberships to big "chain" Gyms and knew I wanted something smaller and more personable this time around. After researching and touring a few local gyms, I came upon a Groupon for Xtreme Solutions Gym(XSG). After scoping them out online and reading all their great reviews, I called to ask a few questions. One of the co-owners, Sean answered my call right away and we had a great chat. He was very patient, kind and knowledge. Sean invited me to come and take a free class to get a feel for what XSG was all about. I mentioned the Groupon deal to him and he explained that if I liked the free class and wanted to join, there was a better offer he would give me that would actually save me some money! A few days later I attended a class and was impressed the moment I walked through the door. Sean and his son Nic(who is the other co-owner) made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. It was totally obvious they both have a huge passion for their jobs, clients and for fitness in general. I must have asked a hundred questions that first night and by the time class was over, I knew I had found my new Gym 'home.' As of today, I've been attending XSG for a month, hitting class about four to five days a week. After four weeks, I am happy to report that I am just as excited to walk through the door as I was that first night. Sean and Nic have created an environment in which their clients actually enjoy themselves and have fun when they work out. Because they are so good at what they do and so passionate and motivating, Sean and Nic have attracted a group of clientele that love to work out and who support/motivate each other. Everyone knows each other's names and the comradery is so genuine. Also, since Sean and Nic are the only two coaches, coupled with the fact that they limit the amount of clients they take on, you actually get to developed a one-on-one relationship with them. They always ask about my family and remember all the details I've shared. One of the other things that I love about XSG is that they include monthly group nutritional Q&A sessions. Sean and Nic are just as knowledgeable about nutrition as they are about exercise and all of their clients benefit immensely because of that. Sean and Nick are so motivating and make the whole gym feel like family. With workouts they push us passed what we think we are capable of doing and get us to our goals.
