In my first meeting, we covered health basics, general history and focused on injuries or areas of pain. I have a compression fracture in my neck and abdominal separation from 2 pregnancies. Dave was empathetic to my injuries but confident that he could help me. He really drilled home that all I needed to do was show up and try. In the past I would quit after a couple weeks and just blame it on whatever excuse fit but with LIFT it is different. And 24 hours too!!! I then called to get a walk through and tour and loved what this business had to offer. Parking is vast since it's in a shopping center. They have military discount for their members. Like I stated before 24 hour access. Great customer service along with great and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the gym is great! Not to mention the bathrooms are equipped with showers and other accessories for its members. The gym has mostly everything needed, from weights, dumbbells, cable machines, bands, and other workout accessories. You definitely notice that Hixon cares for its customers and equipment.
