There is a little bit of strength, Pilates, cardio, and stretching- so it's a great option on days when you don't feel like spinning or weightlifting, sweating too much at hot yoga class, or getting up on the reformer, but you still want a workout session that's gonna get you moving and sweating without overthinking. Not too challenging but also not easy. They don't have showers, but they do offer lockers, clean bathrooms, some skincare products, a three-mirror area for getting ready, and a water fountain.
