The class itself was fun, the instructor explained everything, and checked on me during class. The room is spacious enough for everyone to move around. The music/playlist was fire! There is a little bit of strength, Pilates, cardio, and stretching- so it's a great option on days when you don't feel like spinning or weightlifting, sweating too much at hot yoga class, or getting up on the reformer, but you still want a workout session that's gonna get you moving and sweating without overthinking. Not too challenging but also not easy. They don't have showers, but they do offer lockers, clean bathrooms, some skincare products, a three-mirror area for getting ready, and a water fountain. Since it was Saturday morning, I easily found parking by the meter outside on the street.

As soon as everything was hooked up, by ArcTrainer came back to life. If it did not work, they were willing to accept a return of their lower board for a full refund (minus shipping). The board is warranted for a year, which is longer than any other vendor I found.
