It's very strange. You are just expected to read their 100 page pamphlet and figure it out for yourself. If you are unhappy with your results, she gets very defensive and will make you pay for a follow up surgery to fix her mistakes. But she still doesn't fix them. Find another plastic surgeon.

I did give it a year post-op to be sure that it wasn't swelling and sure enough it was not. My nipples are totally botched, it looks like the bottom part of my right breast is completely missing part of the areola. The scarring I have is absolutely horrendous, and my breasts are uneven. For the amount of money paid to receive quality care I would expect to be happy with the outcome, but if you can do research and find a better plastic surgeon, PLEASE DO.
