Great artist and super nice guy. I've been bringing my trophy fish to Naoki for ten years now and always get amazing results. He likes to tell a story with his prints. You won't be disappointed!

It was such a pleasure to meet Naoki today. Hes a very nice and humble man. I could really tell that he's puts so much effort into his paintings because he really tries to put life into it, which I really like. I came in for the first time today to print my boyfriends 32lb ulua, and it was a great experience to watch how it's prepared and how they print the fish. His shop is very nice too. He has a little gallery room where all his masterpieces are, and I think he custom makes koa/mohagany frames! I would recommend Naoki to print anyone's fish. You would get your money's worth!!

He's the best. We just received our paintings by Naoki and are thrilled. The entire process of buying these will be a lifetime memory for our family. After seeing his paintings in Roy's restaurant, we had to track him down. It was well worth it. He took time to explain the art form, engage the kids and allow us to watch him start one of his creations. Thank you Naoki for everything!

Naoki is a great guy and he loves what he does and it shows. He told us that each print has its own story and so with the print that we purchased, we learned of its story. If you ever have a catch that you would like made into a print in order to preserve the "Story" give Naoki a call and make arrangements to bring it in. It'll become a treasure of a lifetime. Take a look at his website and if you ever have a chance to see/meet him in person, do it.

Featuring many of Lauren Roth's soft, colorful art with various Hawaiian landscapes, flowers and beaches as the subject, it's challenging to make a decision! While the art is colorful, it isn't childlike. The palettes are soft and can easily blend in or stand out in a variety of home decor styles. I decided on a print of the mountains with the ocean in the foreground to hang in my home in Portland. It will be a reminder of my love for Hawaii and my many trips to the various islands and towns. Kailua on O'ahu being my favorite destination . In addition to prints, there are also textiles. The handbags are fun and charming!!! I may have to get the bucket bag with th tassel! She makes postcards on thin pieces of wood that can easily be framed. They have a vintage look that I adore. And coloring books for the kids or adults! Cards, postcards, stickers, serving platters...and different items coming, I'm sure. Imagination never stops! This gallery also features other artists, giving them a vehicle to display their work. So many beautiful pieces! The customer service was fabulous, thank you, John! I stopped in right before closing and was greeted and welcomed as if the studio had just opened. While I don't want this trip to Hawaii to end, I am excited about getting my print framed and hung up at home for a touch of Aloha by my side always.

Tucked in the back of Traditions Coffee Roasters is Icky Love Art Loft and Gallery which is home to 40+ various artists and what a treat to find this gem that's filled with so much beautiful inspiration. The staff here is just incredibly knowledgeable of every single artist and priced that's showcased here with not just who they are but where they're from and is amazing what you'll find in this cozy gallery. The only downside is the long walk up the stairs and even with my horrible knee I just couldn't resist taking a peek as the Tradition Coffee Roasters describes what they have I was just so excited and curious. Here you'll find many items from stickers, wall arts, books, jewelry and beautiful assortment of pottery and so much more! I was told that the owner makes pottery and holds workshops & events right in the shop which is super cool and fun but having a bunch of local artist here in one place is so amazing to support local not found anywhere which I did as I couldn't resist a Hebrew Shell Keychain, a cute bowl I'm planning to put jewelry in which will add some fun character that I love which is brining out the crafty in me but love the find of this unique piece of art. With the…read moreadaptation of technology and online books I never thought that a store like this would still exist! They had a ton of literature books at every single book and cranny of this store and it was substantial. I saw an old Aesop Fables book that I read when I was younger on the shelves as well - very nostalgic. I'm more of a manga girl so I didn't really see too much nooks that interested me - but if you're really into hardcore literature than this place is definitely it. They had so much books categorized and it felt a bit overwhelming - yet I liked it. I love the smell of books when you walk in, very comforting. I love physical books as well so shops like these are a gem. Had people manning the cashier but mostly just people browsing around enjoying the selection of books. Did not see the price range, but I would assume it is standard in comparison to B&N pricing.

Some people just are having a day sometimes. I loved how many things there were to look at I unfortunately had to also think about the fact that I was gonna be flying home with weight but if you're a book lover, definitely stop by and give this place a look at
