On my second visit I tried the gluten free pumpkin muffin which was topped with pumpkin butter and pumpkin seeds. This was really good and tasty and only available in the fall. I also had a peanut butter and joy smoothie minus the chocolate. This comes with Orgain brand protein powder. The smoothie was pretty good, nice and thick. read more

I think we are all witnessing the downfall of third shot. I have been a constant well paying customer at third shot for about a year now but that's ending. When I started to go here the service was great, the staff and management was so amazing and kind and the drinks were fantastic. But for the past few months it has taken a turn for the worst, and I think this is due to the new management as I had heard they previous owner had sold the company. They're constantly out of stock of items like milk, fruit and even coffee. AT A COFFEE SHOP. All of the employees seem miserable and I can't even blame them. If I had to deal with management who wouldn't even keep essential products in stock I wouldn't be too chipper either. This is causing a huge decline in service and quality of food as there are times where the poor baristas are unable to make nearly half the menu. All I can say is this place needs to either get their act together or get a new owner and management all together. Otherwise this place is going to fall to pieces more than it already is read more

It had good coffee and good service. What I liked was how spacious and quiet it was. Background noise kills my hearing, so this place was very comfortable and pleasant. My family and I visited this place on 12-28-2024 at approximately 2 p.m. My wife ordered a Flat White with caramel drizzle, I had a caramel frappe, and an acai bowl for us to share. Everything was good and reasonably priced, the flat white wasn't a flat white it was just a latte, but it tasted good nonetheless. The acai bowl was hollow in the middle so it looked more full than it actually was but neither a big deal for the price. As any reasonable person would know, with young children accidents happen. The flat white latte got knocked off the table of their lobby and onto the floor, spilling out under the couch while trying to get a jacket off a wiggly 3-year-old. Accidents happen and we just clean them up, as we always tell our children. I asked the gentleman that was working for a towel, and cleaned it up, washed my hands and told him it's a bit sticky but the liquid is all wiped up. He thanked me for cleaning it up and I asked for another flat white. They charged me for it. OK that's annoying. Really terrible customer service. The new flat white that I had to pay for came, and it was made wrong. The milk wasn't steamed enough and the espresso shots were not the same; they sat for a second too long and were bitter. Asked for a remake and told them what the issue was. The young girl that was working and making the drinks came out to the lobby and argued about the drink and made us explain again what was wrong about it, walked away, made a new drink, brought it back to us personally and rudely presented it with a short "HERE" and it was legitimately and intentionally made with older shots. It was 10x worse than the drink before it! It's one thing to make a customer pay for a drink that was dropped IN YOUR LOBBY, it is a whole other to intentionally give a customer a bad product. Despite my history with WORKING as a barista and knowing what good and bad shots of espresso taste like and how they happen, anyone would know they were intentionally given a product that was made to not be what was paid for because a kid knocked a coffee off the table and you had to do it again? Because you messed up the replacement? I don't understand that at all. Needless to say, the charges will be disputed with the bank as we did not receive the service and products that we paid for, as well as reviews and formal complaints with official agencies. Don't give them your business. It's a beautiful place with decent food and drinks but ran absolutely horribly, such a waste. read more

Went here to get some coffee and a pastry of some kind in the afternoon on Sunday. The first 4 things I ordered they were out of so I was unable to get a pastry. I ended up getting a latte and an acai bowl for about 20$, they charged me for almond milk but was out of almondmilk. Wonderful gem of a coffee shop! Lots of seating and a wonderful vibe!! We happened upon this location and we enjoyed it so much that we stopped in again! The staff is super nice and helpful. On our 2nd visit we got there around 2pm and we wanted lunch. They had already cleaned up but the young man went in the back and found 2 pieces of quiche he offered to heat up for us. That's service! On both occasions my husband got the Americano and I had the London Fog. Both were great! Note: they put the coffee in to-go cups but if you ask they'll put it in a regular mug, which we prefer. I used to love coming here with my kids when the previous owners were still in charge, then it changed drastically. Prices went up, which is understandable of course. I kept going every once in a while when my favorite server jaymiee worked there. she was knowledgeable about the menu and answered all my questions. Not only that, but she kept a conversation and made it so i wanted to keep coming back. Then i heard the news that she left the store, and there was no longer any reason for me to go, as the prices have been raised, and the quality of food has surely not reflected these changes. What a pleasant surprise for a rather odd location! It is connected to a church, so you actually enter on the side, but once you're in the store you can see the church part with the cross and everything. They had plenty of seating indoors and a great outdoor patio seating area. I am always a sucker for coffee shops that have a plethora of flavor syrups to choose from. Visiting Prescott for 4th of July week. My daughter is a connoisseur of Açaí bowls, so we were looking for a local coffee shop that also had açaí bowls!! The hot keto coffee was the perfect balance of coffee, cream, and a touch of cinnamon. The latte was great and wasn't too sweet. The açaí bowl was like an explosion of peanut butter, almonds, bananas, and deliciousness. The presentation was perfect for a cute photo. The service was amazing and they offered us samples of the açaí. They made sure we were aware of everything on the menu and treated us with kindness. Had a quick bite and beverage today. Wife had the Brazilian Acai bowl and LOVED IT! I had the Breakfast Avocado Toast (comes with 2 eggs on top) which was wonderful. Also had a Breve latte with 1/2 shot sugar free caramel. All was excellent. Staff very friendly and efficient. Airy and open setting with outdoor patio.
