Stopped by this coffee shop as we were at a Rubik's cube tournament at Espire Sports. The baristas were so kind and helpful. They unfortunately were having some tech issues but that didn't stop them from making my morning. Tried an iced white chocolate mocha (xtra sweet) and it was very tasty. The cafe was open airy and had ample seating. Would be great to work on your laptop here. read more

The service was quick and staff was nice. Very very cute place with tons of indoor seating and also outdoor seating as well that's covered. Very cozy and cute for sure! Loved the vibes. On my second visit I tried the gluten free pumpkin muffin which was topped with pumpkin butter and pumpkin seeds. This was really good and tasty and only available in the fall. I also had a peanut butter and joy smoothie minus the chocolate. This comes with Orgain brand protein powder. The smoothie was pretty good, nice and thick. read more

I think we are all witnessing the downfall of third shot. I have been a constant well paying customer at third shot for about a year now but that's ending. When I started to go here the service was great, the staff and management was so amazing and kind and the drinks were fantastic. But for the past few months it has taken a turn for the worst, and I think this is due to the new management as I had heard they previous owner had sold the company. They're constantly out of stock of items like milk, fruit and even coffee. AT A COFFEE SHOP. All of the employees seem miserable and I can't even blame them. If I had to deal with management who wouldn't even keep essential products in stock I wouldn't be too chipper either. This is causing a huge decline in service and quality of food as there are times where the poor baristas are unable to make nearly half the menu. All I can say is this place needs to either get their act together or get a new owner and management all together. Otherwise this place is going to fall to pieces more than it already is read more

It had good coffee and good service. What I liked was how spacious and quiet it was. Background noise kills my hearing, so this place was very comfortable and pleasant. Went with my sisters, the 3 of us got a large açaí bowl each for almost $50 and they were HOLLOW in the middle I literally heard one of my strawberries drop down and it clunked! My family and I visited this place on 12-28-2024 at approximately 2 p.m. My wife ordered a Flat White with caramel drizzle, I had a caramel frappe, and an acai bowl for us to share. Everything was good and reasonably priced, the flat white wasn't a flat white it was just a latte, but it tasted good nonetheless. The acai bowl was hollow in the middle so it looked more full than it actually was but neither a big deal for the price. As any reasonable person would know, with young children accidents happen. The flat white latte got knocked off the table of their lobby and onto the floor, spilling out under the couch while trying to get a jacket off a wiggly 3-year-old. Accidents happen and we just clean them up, as we always tell our children. I asked the gentleman that was working for a towel, and cleaned it up, washed my hands and told him it's a bit sticky but the liquid is all wiped up. He thanked me for cleaning it up and I asked for another flat white. They charged me for it. OK that's annoying. Really terrible customer service. The new flat white that I had to pay for came, and it was made wrong. The milk wasn't steamed enough and the espresso shots were not the same; they sat for a second too long and were bitter. Asked for a remake and told them what the issue was. The young girl that was working and making the drinks came out to the lobby and argued about the drink and made us explain again what was wrong about it, walked away, made a new drink, brought it back to us personally and rudely presented it with a short "HERE" and it was legitimately and intentionally made with older shots. It was 10x worse than the drink before it! It's one thing to make a customer pay for a drink that was dropped IN YOUR LOBBY, it is a whole other to intentionally give a customer a bad product. Despite my history with WORKING as a barista and knowing what good and bad shots of espresso taste like and how they happen, anyone would know they were intentionally given a product that was made to not be what was paid for because a kid knocked a coffee off the table and you had to do it again? Because you messed up the replacement? I don't understand that at all. Needless to say, the charges will be disputed with the bank as we did not receive the service and products that we paid for, as well as reviews and formal complaints with official agencies. Don't give them your business. It's a beautiful place with decent food and drinks but ran absolutely horribly, such a waste. read more

Went here to get some coffee and a pastry of some kind in the afternoon on Sunday. The first 4 things I ordered they were out of so I was unable to get a pastry. I ended up getting a latte and an acai bowl for about 20$, they charged me for almond milk but was out of almondmilk. One and done. I will not be going back. The value there is horrible and the customer service is even worse. The gentlemen working there was not friendly whatsoever. I bought a large and it was about half full. I asked them to please add a little more and the guy took the cup and added more blueberry's when I requested more açaí. I used to love coming here with my kids when the previous owners were still in charge, then it changed drastically. Prices went up, which is understandable of course. I kept going every once in a while when my favorite server jaymiee worked there. she was knowledgeable about the menu and answered all my questions. Not only that, but she kept a conversation and made it so i wanted to keep coming back. Then i heard the news that she left the store, and there was no longer any reason for me to go, as the prices have been raised, and the quality of food has surely not reflected these changes. Wonderful gem of a coffee shop! Lots of seating and a wonderful vibe!! We happened upon this location and we enjoyed it so much that we stopped in again! The staff is super nice and helpful. On our 2nd visit we got there around 2pm and we wanted lunch. They had already cleaned up but the young man went in the back and found 2 pieces of quiche he offered to heat up for us. That's service! On both occasions my husband got the Americano and I had the London Fog. Both were great! Note: they put the coffee in to-go cups but if you ask they'll put it in a regular mug, which we prefer. What a pleasant surprise for a rather odd location! It is connected to a church, so you actually enter on the side, but once you're in the store you can see the church part with the cross and everything. They had plenty of seating indoors and a great outdoor patio seating area. I am always a sucker for coffee shops that have a plethora of flavor syrups to choose from. My lattes was definitely delicious (with irish cream flavor) and I would definitely go back when I'm in town! read more

Visiting Prescott for 4th of July week. My daughter is a connoisseur of Açaí bowls, so we were looking for a local coffee shop that also had açaí bowls!! The hot keto coffee was the perfect balance of coffee, cream, and a touch of cinnamon. The latte was great and wasn't too sweet. The açaí bowl was like an explosion of peanut butter, almonds, bananas, and deliciousness. The presentation was perfect for a cute photo. The service was amazing and they offered us samples of the açaí. They made sure we were aware of everything on the menu and treated us with kindness. Such a great experience and we will definitely be coming here again. This place should 100% be a stop anytime you're in Prescott! read more

Had a quick bite and beverage today. Wife had the Brazilian Acai bowl and LOVED IT! I had the Breakfast Avocado Toast (comes with 2 eggs on top) which was wonderful. Also had a Breve latte with 1/2 shot sugar free caramel. All was excellent. Staff very friendly and efficient. Airy and open setting with outdoor patio. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it is a bit pricey for most items...but I will continue to patronize as it's very good quality. Highly recommend. At the Gateway Mall in Prescott. read more

This is my favorite place to come!! I love their açaí bowls (my favorite being the serendipity) as well as their avocado toast! They have a great atmosphere with the nicest workers. I usually come for breakfast or a snack, and it is also a great place to do homework. They have nice indoor as well as outdoor seating. I highly recommend Third Shot to anyone as it's a great place to study, grab a bite with friends, or even get something to-go :) read more

Will not return back. Prices are ridiculous and service sucks. Went to get a large açaí bowl and the employee who made it filled only half the cup. Asked him to top it off bc I paid for a large (and it looked nothing like as advertised on the menu). He rolled his eyes at me and threw 5 blueberries on top and called that good. They were out of ingredients so I had to make substitute choices and then once eating the bowl discovered that the bow was hollow. This place is a rip off. Will not ever go back. read more

Third Shot Coffee LLC was established as the first ever Pickleball Coffee brand. It was created by a business owner from Nashville, Tennessee who had a love for the nations fastest growing sport and the outdoors. He ventured to Prescott, AZ where partnering with a local non-denominational church they remodeled an old Irish pub outside of a mall. Here, Third Shot Coffee remains, as they are establishing a local following as the Pickleball Coffee Shop, with locally sourced coffee, breakfast and the best Acai Bowl you will ever have!

Two windows on either side so you can drive up or walk up. Very few tables outside and a lil picnic table a bit away. Parking is limited and the parking lot is tight BUT the service was quick, staff were nice and the coffee was AMAZING. 10/10 will be returning.

Where is this person from? Small town or NYC?" So expectations were low. But let me tell you, after a few bites I was thinking there's no way the king of Babylon had a bagel sandwich this good. That maybe, just maybe it actually was a better sandwich than that of our forefathers. And maybe that yelp reviewer was more historian than day hiker. It's like you drive up to Prescott and go take your kids to a park and see some guy casually running a 3min mile. You tell him, "what are you doing up here? You should be in the Olympics smashing world records?" And he just tells you, "I just like running." That's this place - it's got no business being up here just casually making transcendent bagel sandwiches. Someone needs to write about this place on a stone tablet in 5 languages so our posterity can have some sort of record for when in 1000 years some guy casually says unchallenged that they're eating the "best bagel sandwich ever".
