At this point I'm over it and prefer my experience at raticato. Next strike, you ask us to order everything and you'll course it out but instead you interrupt us mid chew and ask to clear the table for our meals, absolutely unacceptable. How do you rush your customers. I get it's 8pm but you're open until 9:30 and if you're in a rush go home and send a server that wants to be there. Service, service, service. It was absolutely non existent and at a restaurant that isn't McDonalds prices, do better. You never came back to our table and asked if the food came out ok or if we needed more drinks. As a matter of fact, my spouse walked to the bar and ordered their own drink, unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous. We couldn't enjoy our meal because the service was so poor and I'd absolutely not return. We had the Halibut, which was tasty but could do without the ro and the chicken dish, which was prepared well. The steak tartare was just ok and the bread and hummus was a good addition. Nah, wouldn't recommend. Please have a conversation with Olivia Z., if she's having a day she needs to exit and not work that day in hospitality. I've never had such a flaky croissant in my entire life and I go to bakeries all around the Bay Area and summit. The egg was soft and buttery, the ham was perfectly salty and full of flavor, the bacon was delicious.. it truly was amazing. There was a seed seasoning on the top that tasted amazing, too. It was a huge mess to eat admittedly but it was wholly worth it. Their cinnamon roll is easily the best I've had in summit, and I've been to essentially every bakery in breck, frisco, and silverthorne. It was soft and pillowy and there was a perfect amount of cream cheesy icing and it was huge!! The cookie was perfect.. decadent chocolate and a lacy, almost crunchy outer ring with a chewy and soft middle. The iced chai latte was perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious, the best I've had here aswell (though I haven't tried as many lattes here as I have bakeries). Their little to-go cup situation for it was odd, though, they gave us a metal cup like they do with beer, and we were given a lid for it too, but the lid just slightly didn't fit, so it made for a little bit of a mess if I jostled the cup too much. But no biggie. That bread is divine!!! A perfect balance of sourdough flavor with a more rye/wheat sort of taste, and it was perfectly soft inside and the outside was the perfect amount of crunchy without being too hard. I heard that the Spanish tortilla was excellent, the morning bun was just as good as the cinnamon roll as I described, and the coffees were delicious. This place is seriously incredible, I'm absolutely coming in again before I leave. Just one thing-- the music is pretty loud! The inside is set up nicely for sitting and chatting, but it's hard to talk over the music.

We had the morning bun (delicious and perfectly sweet, delicious custard, $9), ham egg and cheese breakfast croissant (so flaky, yummy, $14), and this cherry tomato tzatziki danish (the most beautiful danish I've ever seen, delicious, I think $10). The service wasn't the best - I felt a little rushed even though there was no one behind us, and didn't feel like the staff was friendly. But the food was still good! A little pricey, but expected in Breck!

The inside of the restaurant has a really rustic feel to it, and they had some good indie tunes playing in the background, which made for good ambience. The service was very fast, and we had our food within 10 minutes. We both had one of the breakfast burritos, a mimosa, and split a chocolate croissant. All of the food was really delicious and you can tell that it was made in house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!
