When it is hot outside at the outlet malls, this is a great place to cool off. The staff seemed organized and was nice. The flavors of the day that are on the wall unfortunately do not match the actual flavors they have. Look at the case before you get up to make your decisions so you know what you actually want. My wife wanted to stop by a couple of nights ago so we did. It was late and the employee was mopping. I asked if they were still open and she yelled "We close at 9!" I was kinda taken aback but noticed she had earbuds in. It was 830 so we went in and ordered a cone. Earbuds still in, she proceeded to drop the mop and grabbed a cone. Since she made no effort to wash her hands I asked her if she could do so. She begrudgingly did and we got our cone and left. Horrible Customer service! Horrible employee hygiene! I ordered the wild berry smoothie and it was spectacular. It was delicious and the consistency of the smoothie was perfect. It was exactly what I needed on this hot summer day. The worker was extraordinarily nice and he was a joy to interact with. His name was Jacob and he put on a great face for this Haagen Dazs. Let's start with as soon as I walked in she immediately greeted me and smiled. Her smile was so inviting. She was patient with my sister and I as we asked her to sample a million and one flavors. Great establishment and great shakes and ice cream! I have 5 kids and normally when I go out with them I can tell it frustrates people. But walking in to this store this time with my kids was completely different. I believe it was spelled Gelissa but she was not troubled by kids one bit. Her smile was so welcoming and she didn't even mind that after she handed the ice cream to my children that they wanted topping on it. She smiled and said no problem. I loved that with each ice cream she made, she walked it out to my kids. I will be back just because of her.
