Me: cool Day two EOD: Called to get an update. The service tech isn't in to take your call. Me: okay, hmm maybe they're a little behind. Day 3 EOD: called to get an update: The service tech isn't in. Call back tomorrow for an update. show up to look see if my car at least made it into the garage. It's still in the same spot where the tow truck left it. Called a local 5 star yelp mechanic business, explained my frustration, said they could look at it by tomorrow once I get it there. So now, I'm towing (again) to them instead. Just wanted some communication and straightforwardness.

From the moment I arrived at the dealership, he was professional, friendly, and attentive. Landon took the time to understand my needs and budget, then guided me to vehicles that were a perfect fit. What really stood out was how effortless he made the entire process--he genuinely cared about finding the right car for me rather than just making a sale. His communication was clear, and he ensured I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. If you're looking for a car salesman who goes above and beyond, Landon French is the one to ask for.

Within 6 months it needed a new engine which we had purchased the extended warranty so it should have been covered. They charged us $1K in extra parts without discussing with us first. Not even a couple of months later the truck wasn't running..... well..... they didn't put it back together correctly causing more issues which they are unwilling to cover. Their lack of work ethic, accountability and customer service is horrible. PLEASE DO NOT buy anything from them EVER.

An give me a "sweet deal" $1000 down with a wonderful apr that doubled to 12.9% ouch!! I decided to follow through with my lender. Friday 2-2-18 my bank submitted the price for approval. Saturday 2-3-18 Tim Ellis and I came to an agreement on the car. I notified him the papers have been submitted the day before, what the bank needs from them, and look to close on Monday 2-5-18 and would have made the 100 mile drive by Tuesday 2-6-18 to obtain the vehicle. This morning I proceed with the closing process. I notify Tim Ellis of the good news. Much to my dismay... Tim informs me he and his boss will be selling it to the "dent guy." "They came to an agreement on Saturday. " yes the very same saturday Tim and I came to our agreement. Mr. "dent guy" must have fallen for the buy here pay here tactics of Blake and Tim. They even tried to tell me I had no credit popping up, after I had already sat down with my bank and was told exactly what my score was and why. Unless you want to completely be taken advantage of, preyed upon, and bullied into the "awesome" financing and manipulation of Tim Ellis and Blake of B&B auto sales of Fayetteville. I highly implore you to run to any other dealer. An yes the car is still even listed

Went in to trade my wife's car and was very pleased with the wonderful salesman. Friendly, helpful,…read morehonest, calm, and realistic. We ended up trading by the end of that day and unfortunately ran into an unforeseen issue with the vehicle shortly afterwards. Lewis' entire team worked with us to take care of the problem and 'make it right'. Update 4 years later... Car was a lemon (not their fault), and sales team continued calling, emailing, and bugging me for years. I asked them to stop and they just apologized and I still get calls/emails/flyers even though I moved pretty far away and blocked them. Good folks, great service, and a well-earned good reputation. They need to chill out on the aggressive marketing though.

We purchased a 2024 Ford Ranger from Lewis Ford in Fayetteville, and unfortunately, our experience…read morehas been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, we felt the sales process lacked transparency. The price we agreed upon changed when we sat down to sign the final paperwork, which was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling that the terms we had agreed to were not being honored. When we went to register the vehicle, we were then hit with approximately $2,500 in sales tax that we had not been informed to expect. I understand that ultimately it is our responsibility to understand the taxes and fees associated with a vehicle purchase, and perhaps we should have asked more questions. However, when you are making a major purchase, you reasonably expect the dealership to be upfront about the total cost and what you should anticipate paying. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. Approximately six months after purchasing the vehicle, one of the running boards stopped working. We are now also being told that the brakes and rotors need to be replaced. These are significant issues for a vehicle we purchased expecting it to be dependable, and it is especially concerning given the relatively short amount of time we have owned it. We specifically left McLardy Daniel because they could not meet our price point. Looking back, that decision feels like a major mistake. What we thought was a better deal ultimately became considerably more expensive once the final purchase price, unexpected tax burden, and repairs were factored in. The issue for us isn't simply that a vehicle has needed repairs. Vehicles can have problems. It is the combination of the experience: the change in price at signing, the lack of transparency surrounding the total cost, and significant issues arising only months after purchase. Taken together, it has left us feeling that the sale was not handled honestly or transparently. We purchased this vehicle in good faith and expected the same level of honesty in return. Unfortunately, that is not how this experience has felt. We sincerely regret purchasing the vehicle from Lewis Ford and hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously, because customers should not leave a transaction feeling that they were misled about either the price they were paying or the condition and reliability of the vehicle they were purchasing.
