Took a brand new Ram 2020 2500 (250 miles) for a bad TPMS sensor, I got it back with a dent in the front bumper and red paint on it (same as their bollards), they denied it and brushed me off, said I had no proof. 2. Took a brand new 2023 Voyager (278 miles) from Braun Wheel Chair because the A/C was not blowing cold. They called said it was out of Freon and it would be $1000.00 to recharge it. II stated it is brand new and blamed Braun, I called Braun they had me take it to the dealer in Fayetteville. They called and said they found a leak in the condenser and it was 100% cover under warranty. 3. Another 2023 Voyager needs an alternator (requires dropping the a/c compressor 1234yf and we don't have the machine yet) the job ended up $1000.00 more the we were told and took 7 days longer as well. Had an electrical issue with my car the service department tried telling me it was struck by lightning and wouldn't be covered under warranty in order to sell me a new car from their lot. when I didn't want to buy one of their cars and argued over the warranty they said I'd have to take it back to the dealership I bought it from in order to have it warrantied... it was a Buick factory warranty on a new car under 50k miles. absolutely no reason for anyone to give these scammers anymore business. If their electrician is anything like their mechanics the whole building will burn to the ground because of a "lightening strike"
