I did not say that the installation was unprofessional or that the HVAC system did not work well. I also did not say that certificates, etc. did not match the equipment that was installed. Our family was told there would be a specific type of system installed. However, a different type was installed and we were not informed in advance. After several inquiries, our family representative received a phone call but no one would respond to the multitude of questions submitted in a follow-up email from our family rep. To reiterate, the property has already been sold. No additional follow-up is needed from Prime Comfort as I'm sure the new owners will choose their own HVAC company.
