They covered the floors from my front door to my upstairs bedroom with paper and plastic so the floors would stay clean. Extremely poor quality. It's already peeling and it hasn't even been a month, and the drying time was respected. Don't buy it.

In early August we decide to have our roof done in anticipation of El Niño storms this coming winter. Once the roof repairs were made and fascia boards were replaced we realized that our house was looking a little shabby a needed a repaint before we added new gutters. After requesting quotes from several other businesses, Hector and his team won our business. Hector came onsite and immediately began to educate us about paint quality, materials and gave us recommendations for colors and techniques. It was this courtesy that out both my wife and I at ease. There were no corners cut. The whole house was pressure washed, the fascia were sanded down, and cracks on our exterior wall were repaired and restuccoed. With the warm weather the house was ready for its new appearance. All in all it took 5 days to complete our 1150 sq ft home and we couldn't be happier. The main exterior color recommended by the team helped to conceal our older 'new' window frames and we were happy to select to complimentary colors to accent with. The H&C team was quick and professional and asked questions when they needed to. I recently had our house painted by Hector and his team. TLDR: They did an outstanding job and I was/am very impressed with the work that they did. Timeline was 8 working days and price was competitive and fair. Hector was on time for the quote and always kept me updated on his arrival time. His crew always showed up on time every morning before 7am. They kept the area clean throughout the day. I read other people's review about Hector's team being very detailed and that is the reason I chose them over other companies I received quotes from. They very meticulously masked off my gutters, windows, doors, etc. they always had a throw blanket on the floors where they were going to paint. I received a quote from a company that said they would only take 3 days to complete the work, and I didn't think a good clean and detailed job could be done that quickly and I was right. Power washing alone was one day, masking was another day. Multiple days to patch and replace any wood and multiple coats for the stucco and trim were spread out over the other days. Hector always updated me on the finish of the paint they recommend using beforehand. Any changes were always asked before doing. Hector also stoped by 3 times to check on progress. There was one dedicated main crew and a project lead. Hector was also available via text/call if I had questions or concerns (which I had a request on the first day on where I wanted them to place the equipment, and Hector's crew moved it quickly without question). Out of the many house projects I've done and other construction related projects, Hector and his team ranks very high in terms of communication and quality. Do it once, do it right really applies here. I actually asked for a quote and waited a whole year before I reached back out and Hector honored the previous quote, which was the most competitive among many vendors I got estimates from. I recently needed to paint the exterior of my home which had not been painted since it was built in 1998. I went to Yelp to research the top-rated painters. From the initial text message and phone call to Hector I knew I was dealing with a professional painter. I briefly explained my needs along with a few pictures of areas that needed maintenance performed on a 7 year old exterior paint job. Hector responded back in a timely manner along with a appointment date that fit my work schedule. Hector explained to me if I couldn't wait he understood but that he was approximately 2 months out before he could start the work. They just moved out and upon inspection after they left the walls were very dirty and had been drawn on in numerous places. I had to have it painted.
