It was still under warranty, but they wanted another almost $900 for the labor to replace it. After I called and spoke with them, they lowered it to $760, but I still feel this is not something the customer should be responsible for. Their customer service is also lacking, as they literally laughed on the phone with me and told me this is how a business is run, and parts aren't made like they used to be. So they don't stand behind the parts they install and are willing to lose business over it.

There were some repairs my car needed and being it's a Jaguar, they were honest with me and told me they didn't feel comfortable performing the work since they felt it should only be performed by a Jaguar certified technician. This impressed me even more than their wonderfully friendly attitudes. In my opinion you can feel comfortable having them take care of your vehicle.

I received a call after inspection that the cost of replacing all tires and the oil change would be over $1,000. I politely told the women over the phone that I was not comfortable paying that amount because that is not what is offered online to which I was told they would price match the tires to what is advertised online and I could pick my car up in 45 minutes. Once I arrived I was told my total was well over $200 more than the price I agreed to paying over the phone and there was no management onsite and nothing could be done by Jacob at the front desk. I would never send a client of mine a quote then invoice them for $200 more than what was agreed upon and expect that client of 5 years to want to return. That price was never something I agreed to paying and would have just had one tire replaced if I had been made aware of the total cost I would be responsible for paying before I agreed to the service. Really disappointed and customer service was appalling when Jacob told me 'so you just expect us to put your tires on for free.' No, but I do expect to receive and estimate for the work prior to agreeing to have it done to my vehicle. The manager was extremely rude and insisted they did nothing wrong with not reviewing the total price before I agreed to have the work done to my vehicle. They also didn't give my a receipt for the work I had done.
