HONESTY AND INTEGRITY IS PARAMOUNT HERE!! Aside from the obvious tire purchase balancing, installation and oil change which were all great, the most important thing to note about these guys is their honestly and integrity. There were some repairs my car needed and being it's a Jaguar, they were honest with me and told me they didn't feel comfortable performing the work since they felt it should only be performed by a Jaguar certified technician. Really disappointed with the service I received today. I've been a customer for the last 5 years and frequently have to deal with new management which is unfortunate in itself. I brought my car in for an oil change and possibly new tires after seeing they have a buy 3 get one free deal advertised online. With the oil change and 3 tires my total should have been $541. I received a call after inspection that the cost of replacing all tires and the oil change would be over $1,000. I politely told the women over the phone that I was not comfortable paying that amount because that is not what is offered online to which I was told they would price match the tires to what is advertised online and I could pick my car up in 45 minutes. I agreed. Once I arrived I was told my total was well over $200 more than the price I agreed to paying over the phone and there was no management onsite and nothing could be done by Jacob at the front desk. I would never send a client of mine a quote then invoice them for $200 more than what was agreed upon and expect that client of 5 years to want to return. That price was never something I agreed to paying and would have just had one tire replaced if I had been made aware of the total cost I would be responsible for paying before I agreed to the service. Really disappointed and customer service was appalling when Jacob told me 'so you just expect us to put your tires on for free.' No, but I do expect to receive and estimate for the work prior to agreeing to have it done to my vehicle. The manager was extremely rude and insisted they did nothing wrong with not reviewing the total price before I agreed to have the work done to my vehicle. Wow... they were awesome. My gas tank door was stuck and they took me right away and fixed the problem in less than 2 min. I am not kidding at all. Less than 2 mins. Best service and honest advice. Highly recommend them. read more

Do not go here. This place took advantage of my elderly mother. She went in requesting two new tires to replace her worn back tires. Instead they replaced the two front tires, disposed of them and put new tires on the front. They insisted this was protocol. Regardless, they made this decision without consulting her. As if she wasn't smart enough to know what she was asking for. Now she still has very worn tires on her car in the back. They refused to make it right and expect her to purchase two more new tires. This place is a scam. Also, I'm the only person allowed to call her "mama." Get your manners in check. read more

I ordered tires online paid for the tires and I ordered tires online paid for the tires and installation. Appointment was made for Saturday 7-26-2025 at 12:30. When I got there I spoke with the assistant manager who stated that they couldn't install my tires due to a broken hose from the machine, he then stated that what he could do is put in a rush order to fix the machine tomorrow (Sunday) have it fixed and have my tires done right away. Calmly I told him I understand things happen and I'll leave my truck here till tomorrow. We swapped phone numbers and he said he will give me a call when it's done. I then stated are you sure it's going to be done tomorrow because I need my truck on Monday for work. He said yes it will get done. Well Sunday came 2:45pm I give him a call no answer the shop no answer. I decided to drive over there to see what was going on at (4:30pm). Upon arrival I see my truck in a bay on a lift. When I go inside the lobby area one of the employee stated if there's anyway I can come back tomorrow (Monday) I said there's no way that's going to happen my appointment was yesterday at 12:30 I gave you more than 24 hours to mount and balance my tires. Well come to find out Mr. Assistant Manager didn't relay the message to his employees and never called someone to fix the machine. I was lied to and I felt like they took me for granted. Worst customer service. I work in customer service, a solution for this could've helped by a simple phone call to another Tires choice and have them install it there or remove my old tires and take them to be installed at another place and eat the cost. 5pm Sunday I to go looking for a place that was still open and I found a place that was going to close but they took my truck in and installed my tires so I paid an additional $117 for installation. Do Not Go Here!! My wife purchased a new set of tires, rear brakes and alignment for her car on April 2023. A few weeks later I drove the car and noticed a pull to the right, I advised her to take the car back to Tire Choice and have them check the alignment. She took the vehicle back to TC who performed a realignment. A few months later we noticed that the front right tire was wearing dramatically, almost down to the cords along the outside edge, all other tires looked perfectly new. Took the car back to TC, they inspected the vehicle and advised the tire wear was normal but said she needed rear brakes. She informed them that the rear brakes were just replaced about 1 year ago by them, at this time she left noticing a SCAM when she saw one. read more

Claim they cant do 37 inch tires. Have had them done there 3 times in the past. The new management don't want the business.

I went there to have my tires replaced I just asked them to be careful with the wheels try to not scratch it , then a big guy came outside saying : what do you mean don't scratch the wheel I said i am aski you to try not scra the wheels, he said if he scratched it that was nothing he could do I asked him ; are you a professional he said yes I said , how can you say that to your customers, he said that just because I didn't boug the tires from them it's was not worth his time ... that's not the way to do business never going back there again !!! read more

Took my van in for an alignment, tire rotation and tpms. All they did was change the sensors and didn't even program them. Alignment was worse than before and they said they didn't have the right person there to finish it correctly. What a rip off this place is. It's no wonder it's never busy. read more

I came down from Indiana to Florida to visit my family and hit a pothole. My wheel bearing starting making a humming noise and my car was vibrating. my cousin suggested this place and said they do good work on her car, so i trusted my car would be in good hands. I'm three hours into my drive back up north and my car started to vibrate at 70 mph. So I came back down to the shop and they said they'd look at it. When they did, all that was done was a tire rotation. So i paid $650 for brand new front wheel bearings ( and if you're a car person, you know that if they're brand new they last a long time and don't make any noises) and barely 3 months after getting this done by Tire Choice my wheel bearings are doing the same thing as well as my car. read more
