Delicious bagels! Lots of flavors (bagels and spread) to choose from, and they are very generous with packing on the spread (pictured). The bagels and spread both taste very fresh, especially after having the bagels toasted. Good and friendly customer service Inside has a few seating available but the bulk of the general space is to account for large lines to order and pickup. I went on a Saturday around 1pm, and there was no wait at all. However I can only imagine what the lineup can be like during their rush hour.

first heard about H&H Bagels in Pincrest after it went viral on social media and everyone was raving about how good it was, and so were the lines out the door! I decided to skip the weekend chaos and stopped by on a weekday morning instead. Best decision ever ....no wait at all. The bagels were fresh, fluffy, and perfectly chewy and the bacon was crispy to perfection, and the egg was cooked just right. Add in that melted cheese pulling everything together, and it was exactly what I hoped for. Totally lived up to the hype!

I went for opening day and the line was out the door! but they moved everyone in and out pretty efficiently proud of them! I'm from the North so I'm a harsh bagel critic, and was very excited to try. I ordered the nova with the works. I ordered it on a jalepeno cheddar bagel and substituted the spicy scallion cream cheese. The bagel dough was thick and good texture, but can use a little more salt. I was a little sad that the cheddar in the bagel wasnt completely melted and i got a little hard chunk of cheddar. The bagel was piled high with toppings. The salmon tasted fresh, and the capers, onion, and tomato are the perfect addition to any bagel. The spicy scallion cream cheese was actually too spicy for me ( and i love spice!) So i would stick to the regular scallion cream cheese. I definitely would like to come back to try their egg and cheese sandwich. The inside is pretty spacious and a good amount of seating like a normal bagel deli. Skip the coffee and stick to the bagels.

The hype for this NYC institution was through the roof, and as a BEC devotee suffering through Miami's "breakfast sandwich drought," I had high expectations for H&H's Pinecrest debut. Despite the at times intimidating lines, the operation is a well-oiled machine; the queue moves quickly and the wait is minimal. They offer an impressive variety of bagels and spreads, but I went with the gold standard: Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on an everything bagel. I was thoroughly impressed--the eggs were fresh, the bacon was crisp, and the flavor was pure NYC perfection. H&H is officially joining my weekly rotation.

Great new Bagel place straight from NYC, and the word is out. It took 45 mins on a Saturday morning to get a Prepared bagel sandwich. That's not horrible for a new hotspot, but it did feel as if the staff is still learning the ropes. It's a small place with seating for less the than 20, which is good because the line inside had close to 30 people and there were nearly that many just waiting to enter on an early Saturday. It's in a giant strip mall that has a bunch of free parking, so odds are you'll be able to park and get a spot. If you want to speed things up on a busy day, you can listen for when they call out "anyone here for bagels only?" That would've cut my wait to less than 20 mins on a crowded Saturday morning. The bagels here are great, with just the right amount of crunch and chew. Also keep in mind that you can buy extra bagels, slice them, freeze them and have ones to toast directly from the freezer on a busy morning. I tried this and was pleasantly suprised. I'll be a regular customer from now on.

I've searched for a hit bagel spot in Miami for years and it finally arrived!!! Stood in a 45min line but truthfully can't blame the staff on this one...example a mom calling her family for their order when attended too (eye roll). Otherwise, it was well worth the wait! The constant flow of fresh bagels and friendly staff is a great addition! Overall, if you're looking for a good bagel sandwich this is the spot!

H&H Bagels made its way to Miami from NYC, and the Pinecrest location was very busy when we went. But even with a full crowd, the place was kept clean from the bathroom to the entrance. Rudy took our order and Sam helped ring us up, they were both so welcoming and helpful. Now onto the bagels. My husband ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with scallion cream cheese on an everything bagel and really enjoyed it. He said it reminded him of one of our favorite bagel spots (that shall remain unnamed) in NYC, which says a lot. I had an egg and cheese with scallion cream cheese on an everything bagel. It was delicious, the bagel was soft and chewy even being lightly toasted. You can tell that the dough was very fresh. The scallion cream cheese flavor was very good. Next time I'll probably skip the cheddar cheese because the scallion cream cheese alone would have been enough. We also got sides of plain and strawberry cream cheese to try. Both were fresh and flavorful. The strawberry had real pieces of fruit and wasn't overly sweet - which I Loved! I'll definitely be back to try more. But as of now, H&H is my favorite bagel spot in Miami!

Delicious bagels! Great variety of menu. Egg bagels with bacon and egg are scrumptious!!!! Definitely coming back! Friendly and quick service, they open at 6am.

I really wanted to love this place. Miami bagels are not good. Neither is this "ny" bagel. It was better the second chance I gave it. You need to have ur bagel toasted. That makes it tolerable. But there is nothing like a fresh hot bagel right out of the oven. Except in miami. Smears are easy. And theirs are good. Egg sandwich was better. It hid the bagel. . Just a few tables. Non outside. I'm still waiting for Essa to franchise down here.

If you're looking for delicious bagels in Kendall, H&H is the way to go. I came on a Monday morning and was greeted instantly. Kiara did such an amazing job guiding me through what to order, she even recommended me an iced coffee. They make their coffee in house with notes of cherry and dark chocolate. Everyone was so nice, working fast paced, and overall such a nice environment. I ordered "The Classic B.E.C" on a Asiago bagel, I added mayo and tomato and I truly believe this is the best bagel sandwich iv had in a while!

Not as good as it is in NYC, but it's still a good addition to the neighborhood. I personally like the whole wheat everything with scallion cream cheese and tomato. Not as big of a fan of their bagel sandwiches.

I'm from NY and been dying to visit this location. I grew up in H&H Bagels in NY and miss a good bagel! I was not disappointed the bagels are delicious and fresh. I had a Scallion BT (scallion cream cheese with bacon and tomato) on a toasted everything bagel. AMAZING! my son had a Southwest turkey sandwich (turkey, bacon, pepper jack cheese, avocado with a southwest ranch sauce) on a toasted onion bagel. It was soooooo good! We went on a Saturday morning at 11:30 and the line was literally out the door BUTTTT the service is great and the line moves decently. From the time I got in line to leaving was 30 minutes. But as I left the line was only in the store so maybe go a little later and you'll be fine. They do come often through the line to ask people if anyone is there just to pick up bagels vs sandwiches which clears out the line too. The setting is really nice, ample seating (just not now for the crowds). Definitely recommend and will be back for sure

Average at best, definitely not authentic new york bagels. They are no better than super market quality but with worst service.

The only problem was that I didn't have any bread, and I wasn't in the mood for store-bought options. I called a local bakery to see if they had any fresh bread. The gentleman I spoke to told me they make fresh bread daily. He said they had one remaining loaf of ciabatta he had recently made. He said he would hold it for me if I would like and I told him that would be fine. It was about a 10 to 12-minute walk from my hotel to this place. True to his word, the gentleman had my loaf of bread waiting on the counter for me. The gentleman I had spoken to on the phone even offered to slice the bread for me, but I declined since I had some utensils at my hotel. Thanks to their fantastic customer service, I can't wait to come back, even if the bread wasn't the absolute best, which it was. It's the little things that make such a big difference!

I stopped by this well-established "bakery" chain for a quick bite. I chose the Pinecrest location because I always thought it was the nicer one. Other locations, particularly Doral, leave a lot to be desired in terms of ambiance. That's not to say this location is anything extraordinary, but at least it feels like a place you'd actually want to sit down and visit. It's been a long time since I last came here. I can't remember if they always stayed open until 9 PM on regular days, but I distinctly remember that on weekends at least, they used to close around 6 PM, and that by 5:30 PM the kitchen was often already shutting down. Because I generally wake up around 2 or 3 PM on weekends, this place became impractical for me long ago. I eventually found far better options closer to home that stay open later and offer a much broader selection of bakery/pastry items, all-day breakfast, while also offering sandwiches, entrées, desserts, and just about everything else. Still, after years of rotating through the same places, my friend and I decided to venture out, especially since I had woken up "early" by my standards. We arrived around 5 PM and I was absolutely floored by the menu prices. Wagyu or not, a smash cheeseburger for $25? A seafood fettuccine for $36? At a 3.6-star corner bakery? Dishes that cost around $18 a few years ago, such as the Black Forest ham and cheese scramble with coffee and orange juice, are now effectively $24 once you add the $2 extra charge for the coffee and small orange juice that used to be included. That's a staggering 33% increase from what was already an expensive meal three years ago. And that percentage doesn't tell the whole story, because even back then their prices were already 30% to 50% higher than many of their competitors. And let's be honest: the supposedly superior ingredients didn't exactly create some unforgettable culinary experience. You'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference between their Black Forest ham and the regular ham served elsewhere. Back to yesterday's visit. I had already driven there and didn't feel like searching for another place. Plus, my usual order at bakeries is a ham and cheese croissant, and that happened to be one of the few things on their menu that hadn't reached absurd pricing territory. At around $8, it's arguably one of their better deals, especially considering that a croissant filled with Nutella or some other typical filling costs roughly the same. Granted, it's not even a traditional ham and cheese croissant like the ones found in 99% of bakeries. It's a smaller version with the ham and cheese baked inside, almost like a pastelito. So when you factor this in, it's equally overpriced. Naturally, destiny enjoys playing jokes on me. The waitress informed me that they had already run out of croissants... at 5 PM... in a bakery supposedly known for its croissants. She then explained that they had shifted "more toward their bistro concept." I couldn't help but wonder: what bistro? Adding a few wildly overpriced restaurant dishes to your menu doesn't magically transform a bakery into a bistro. It simply gives the impression that you've drifted away from your original identity. And that's unfortunate because, as a French bakery, the selection here is already surprisingly limited. Compare them to competitors like Bonjour French Bakery and the difference becomes obvious. They simply can't compete. La Boulangerie mostly offers a handful of pastries and some jarred desserts and calls it a day. As for the coffee, both Bonjour French Bakery and Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar completely outclass them. Their coffee is richer, smoother, more flavorful, their prices are more reasonable, and their menus offer a broad selection, from all day breakfast to sandwiches, entrées, as well as pastas. Which brings me to the giant sign in the middle of the restaurant that proudly says "BAKERY" and to the word "BOULANGERIE" itself, the French term for a bakery specializing in bread and baked goods. Those words have never felt more irrelevant. There's a reason this place sits at a 3.6-star average rating as of this review. Had I seen that beforehand, I never would have driven this far based solely on memories from two years ago. I have a simple rule when it comes to restaurants: I don't go anywhere with less than four stars on Yelp. This visit was a good reminder of why.
