My husband and I were starving and in the area and stopped in for a quick bite. The location is right on the corner and luckily it was a Sunday morning, so there was plenty of street parking. The location is huge, clean and open as you walk in. We were able to put in our sandwich orders pretty quickly. I had the tuna sandwich and my husband the prosciutto. First both sandwiches are a large size. We both took home half a sandwich. The tuna salad was fresh and bright not to much mayo. The sandwiches came out pretty quickly. I enjoyed the baguette on those sandwich as well. We will stop in if ever around and need a quick bite.

Came to eat with my son at the Dadeland location. He loved his cheesecake per usual. My sandwich however took a while but Gio a staff member noticed and checked in on it and asked how I was and apologized for the wait.. Sandwich wasn't to my liking today but the staff made it better!

I CANNOT justify the $8 that I spent on the most bland, 2x2 brownie ever! the kids pancake meal is the same price.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Order is placed at the counter then you need to find seating. We originally sat at one of the booth but the seating was very low. We ended up moving to a regular table that was near the restroom because someone got up and left. I noticed there's a lot of tables that were occupied by someone "working" on their laptop, or just lounging around. They eventually brought all of us a cup of ice. I believe my wife said the water is self served. We all purchased a bottle of coconut water, which was like $5 a piece. I got the turkey club. For $13, not worth it. My son got the pasta, asked for chicken on the side but they mixed it. Wasn't worth waiting for them to prepare it again. My wife was going to use the chicken with her meal.

To say we were disappointed it to put it mildly. We came for lunch on a work day and our lunch time was 2:30, so they were not very busy. We both chose the turkey club, but as you will see one thin slice of turkey and one piece of bacon. There was no one at the counter to take the sandwich to (not sure where they were) not to mention we were hungry, so we opted to eat of sandwiches and check this place off our list.

Went by for a quick breakfast! Fast and delicious! We both enjoyed what we ordered! Can't wait to come back to try some other breakfast dishes!

I have been a customer of the Dadeland location for over 2yrs about 2x - 3x a week. Never a bad experience with the staff or food. Quite the opposite, the staff and management Diana, Sandra and Matthew always go out of their way to greet and help customers. If you want a budget meal with subpar taste then this is not the place for you. Food at CREMA Gourmet is always quality fresh and portions are generous. Luv... Love the coffee. Great vibe any day or time. Respectfully, please think carefully before leaving a poor review because of a mishap with a utensil or some other nonsense. Staff works very hard to fulfill each order and while English may not be the first language for some of them, they ALL speak English or make an effort to do so. Happy Eating : )

I was really excited to try this spot because it seemed to have great reviews, but I was disappointed in the food. Gave it three stars because all the staff members were friendly and visually the food looked great. Ordered at the counter and then chose a table outside. My food was brought out pretty quick (15 mins). I had an avacodado toast with eggs over easy (which you have to pay extra for) and an açaí bowl. To drink I ordered the detox power drink. The avocado toast had no taste, it was super bland. I had to add a lot of salt to make it some what better. The açaí bowl, my favorite thing to eat, might have well been açaí soup. The fruits were really fresh, I enjoyed them, however they did not put the banana slices. The ambience was good. It's a place that you can go by yourself or with the family or friends. Tables are small so if you're going with a group you'd have a hard time getting tables together. Inside and outside seating. Liked that they were playing holiday music.

    "Iced" caramel latte

I ordered an iced carmel latte. It tasted like nothing, overly milky, and very warm. Also very overpriced, would not recommend. Ton of seating space in the location which was nice, and they did validate parking at the very least. Bathroom having a code was annoying. They also included a 15% service fee.

The hours posted on the door but it's closed an hour earlier.

This is the spot! I love their Coral Gables location. It's right in the heart of Coral Gables. This beautiful espresso bar has quaint outdoor seating with umbrellas and bar and lounge seating inside. I love so much from their menu but my regular order is either their green juices or their lattes. The service is phenomenal whether i'm staying to study or just picking up to have a little caffeine on the go! Obviously, I will be back.

When I tell you I stopped eating midway to write this review, I'm NOT kidding! Lol! I'm usually a stay in, eat breakfast at home and watch 90 Day Fiance kinda gal so I ordered in. I ordered the açaí bowl which did not disappoint, the Chai latte with oat milk, and the cinnamon pecan muffin. There has never been a more perfect match made in heaven than the Chai Latte and the cinnamon pecan muffin. I'd go as far as to say that it's the best muffin I've ever had in my life!!! It's dulce de leche filled...need I say more?! After trying the food, I'll definitely plan on a coffee date or brunch there with friends soon :) So good!!!

Came here one morning since I was in the area and have been hearing good things about this place, and I'm so glad I did! This is located in downtown dadeland where the pasion del cielo used to be. They kept the layout of the cafe the same and so I went up to the counter and ordered the breakfast sandwich and took an number to my table. The sandwich came out fast, hot and it was a good portion in my opinion! Servers were walking around the whole time taking care of tables, cleaning, etc. so I had no issue asking for a box to take my second half of the sandwich to go. The sandwich itself was really good, however, personally I'm not a big aioli person so i should have asked for it without it but that's on me not them!! I am excited to come back and try more items off their menu, especially their coffee! Very happy this one is close to my house. Will be back soon!

On our first visit, we ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Banana Walnut Pancake, and two iced lattes (one with 2% milk and one with oat milk). Everything was outstanding. The breakfast sandwich was packed with flavor, the latte was perfectly balanced, and the Banana Walnut Pancake was on another level. The combination of caramelized banana, toasted walnuts, and their smoked maple syrup was absolutely RIDICULOUS. We loved it so much that we came back just two days later. This time, we shared the breakfast sandwich because we needed to save room for more pancakes. We ordered the Lemon Curd & Blueberry Pancake and the Brunch Still Hungover Pancake (their espresso-inspired pancake), and somehow they were even better than we expected. The Lemon Curd & Blueberry was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced, while the Brunch Still Hungover was one of the most unique pancakes I've ever had rich coffee flavor without being overly sweet. That's the magic there for me, you might look at these pancakes and assume it's "too much" or might be overwhelming but the flavors are so perfectly balanced, it's a darn masterpiece. What really made the experience special, though, was the owner. He took the time to chat with us, explain the inspiration behind some of the menu items. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant to him, it's something he's genuinely passionate about. That passion comes through in every plate that leaves the kitchen. The staff was warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In a city where brunch spots come and go, Jealous Fork feels like the kind of place that earns regulars. At this point, our goal is simple: keep coming back until we've tried the entire menu. As I'm writing this in deciding to go back to try the burgers..BRB

I stopped by this well-established "bakery" chain for a quick bite. I chose the Pinecrest location because I always thought it was the nicer one. Other locations, particularly Doral, leave a lot to be desired in terms of ambiance. That's not to say this location is anything extraordinary, but at least it feels like a place you'd actually want to sit down and visit. It's been a long time since I last came here. I can't remember if they always stayed open until 9 PM on regular days, but I distinctly remember that on weekends at least, they used to close around 6 PM, and that by 5:30 PM the kitchen was often already shutting down. Because I generally wake up around 2 or 3 PM on weekends, this place became impractical for me long ago. I eventually found far better options closer to home that stay open later and offer a much broader selection of bakery/pastry items, all-day breakfast, while also offering sandwiches, entrées, desserts, and just about everything else. Still, after years of rotating through the same places, my friend and I decided to venture out, especially since I had woken up "early" by my standards. We arrived around 5 PM and I was absolutely floored by the menu prices. Wagyu or not, a smash cheeseburger for $25? A seafood fettuccine for $36? At a 3.6-star corner bakery? Dishes that cost around $18 a few years ago, such as the Black Forest ham and cheese scramble with coffee and orange juice, are now effectively $24 once you add the $2 extra charge for the coffee and small orange juice that used to be included. That's a staggering 33% increase from what was already an expensive meal three years ago. And that percentage doesn't tell the whole story, because even back then their prices were already 30% to 50% higher than many of their competitors. And let's be honest: the supposedly superior ingredients didn't exactly create some unforgettable culinary experience. You'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference between their Black Forest ham and the regular ham served elsewhere. Back to yesterday's visit. I had already driven there and didn't feel like searching for another place. Plus, my usual order at bakeries is a ham and cheese croissant, and that happened to be one of the few things on their menu that hadn't reached absurd pricing territory. At around $8, it's arguably one of their better deals, especially considering that a croissant filled with Nutella or some other typical filling costs roughly the same. Granted, it's not even a traditional ham and cheese croissant like the ones found in 99% of bakeries. It's a smaller version with the ham and cheese baked inside, almost like a pastelito. So when you factor this in, it's equally overpriced. Naturally, destiny enjoys playing jokes on me. The waitress informed me that they had already run out of croissants... at 5 PM... in a bakery supposedly known for its croissants. She then explained that they had shifted "more toward their bistro concept." I couldn't help but wonder: what bistro? Adding a few wildly overpriced restaurant dishes to your menu doesn't magically transform a bakery into a bistro. It simply gives the impression that you've drifted away from your original identity. And that's unfortunate because, as a French bakery, the selection here is already surprisingly limited. Compare them to competitors like Bonjour French Bakery and the difference becomes obvious. They simply can't compete. La Boulangerie mostly offers a handful of pastries and some jarred desserts and calls it a day. As for the coffee, both Bonjour French Bakery and Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar completely outclass them. Their coffee is richer, smoother, more flavorful, their prices are more reasonable, and their menus offer a broad selection, from all day breakfast to sandwiches, entrées, as well as pastas. Which brings me to the giant sign in the middle of the restaurant that proudly says "BAKERY" and to the word "BOULANGERIE" itself, the French term for a bakery specializing in bread and baked goods. Those words have never felt more irrelevant. There's a reason this place sits at a 3.6-star average rating as of this review. Had I seen that beforehand, I never would have driven this far based solely on memories from two years ago. I have a simple rule when it comes to restaurants: I don't go anywhere with less than four stars on Yelp. This visit was a good reminder of why.

Eric, walked us over to our table and Victor, was our server. The staff was attentive to our needs and made the experience one that will result in me returning. The bathrooms were clean so that's a bonus! The food was where I thought it could've been better. The biscuit and gravy was better than I anticipated but also smaller too. The eggs were supposed to be scrambled soft, but they came out hard. They replaced them quickly to another format and they were much better. The potatoes could've been cooked more. The waffle was meh. It was floppy and there was no crunch at all. It tasted good, but definitely needed to be closer to advertised and bigger for $12. The watermelon and lime juice is supposed to be fresh, but it came with a sugar rim and it had added sugar (which defeats what's advertised). There should be no sugar rim or at least that should've been mentioned. The pancake was good and so was the omelette for my guests. We would go back but hoping to seeing improvements made. Definitely a spot for everyone and the staff and their morale helps make it what it is. Check them out and enjoy!
