We went with Liberty Paint four years ago for our townhouse and reached out to them again for our current home. Roy, his head painter, again came in with his other painters to fix and touch up things that our Reno contractors missed. They stopped by more than once to honor some of the touch up requests we had, because they're that committed to keeping their customers happy and making sure they did an A+ job. They painted the inside of our entire house, the cabinets and shelves, and white washed our fireplace. They are also the only contractors we trusted enough to let back into our home after we had moved in, if that says anything. Aaron's painters are respectful of the home and they make sure to leave things better than how it was when they got there (literally). Cristian Barraza was patient, uber-responsive, and helpful as the sales/project lead. He gave me thoughtful advice about color choices, repair options, and even outlined a phased project that wouldn't be a huge budget hit all at once. (They do have financing, FYI.) Best of all, Platinum does a LOT more than painting. They repaired squirrel-chewed soffits, replaced weather-damaged door frames, and swapped out siding that was so old it looked like it was melting. THEN they painted. Their crews show up early, work late, and know what they're doing. I was so impressed. I got 2 other bids, and both other companies were going to sub some of the work, which raised their price. Plus I just felt like Platinum was listening to me better than anyone else.

We have been in our home and property for 23+ years. We have used many Landscape Companies and…read morehave never been satisfied until we discovered James Landscaping. We had a large scope (our property is over 7 acres) and spent about half a day walking the property and discussing our thoughts. When we received the design, it was almost perfect! But we knew the design was the "easy" part...the execution of the design was the difficult and more important part of the project. Well, we can hardly find the right words for how smooth the installation happened! The installation Team was absolutely amazing! The Supervisors communicated great during the project but what really exceeded our expectations was the very few questions they had to ask us. That was because the Design was so well documented, the install Team had a near perfect roadmap to make the design come to life. All members of the team were friendly, professional and had a strong desire to satisfy our needs. They also exhibited tremendous respect for our property. They were careful with driving their large trailers and they cleaned up the property EVERY day during the install! That's right! They cleaned up every single day! One of the biggest challenges we've had with other Landscapers was poor planting techniques which resulted in plants dying. This is one of James Landscaping's biggest strengths. They took great care when preparing the beds before planting. They removed about 8-10 inches of soil and replaced with an excellent mix of soil and compost. We know this will result in all the plants developing strong roots for lasting health in our crazy Texas weather. We highly recommend James Landscaping for your landscaping projects especially very large ones. Unfortunately we know the initial and ongoing costs of poor landscaping (especially for large properties). I had a hard time walking on the existing walkway and had to be careful not to trip or fall. As the new walkway was being installed, I noticed the workers using string, levels and tape measures to ensure the walkway would be leveled. I also noted the amount of time they spent to chip away each flagstone so that it beautifully fit together. It made me feel that I was truly getting a custom built walkway. Since completion, I have felt very safe walking on the walkway and never get the sense that I'm walking on flagstones. My yard had several areas where I had a hard time growing plants. They filled in empty areas with native plants. They did an incredible job and I'm very, very pleased.
