The name of the dentist is Dr. Alba Maria-Diaz. Here is the info from their flyer (I'm too lazy to scan it): We offer dental services with the most advanced technology: Oral exam, digital x-ray, cleaning, filling, crowns, veneer, complete denture, partial denture, valplast, bridge. We accept most major insurances: Medicaid, Metroplus, Wellcare, Guardian, Fidelis, Melody, Met Life, Cigna, Aetna. For patients without dental insurance new patients can get an exam, x-ray, and cleaning for $75.
