Very expensive store inside the Galleria but the prices here are not the most perplexing thing. I really don't understand the significance of all the photographs of models with camels and alpacas. I think animal cruelty people might have a problem with it too but specifically how so many of my pictures get pulled down which are of business products or are taken inside a business, whereas these which don't really showcase anything that this Gucci had on sale whatsoever - not a single item I don't think - and were taken of models who have never been in this particular Gucci store, probably thousands of miles away from this Gucci store. But that's okay. Carry on Yelp. Anyway it's a very expensive store with very high end stuff and you're much better off trying to find discount prices online or going to some kind of an outlet or sale. It's either high end Gucci shoes/boots or Flip flops & I love them equally. The quality of the leather & craftsmanship is like no other. I have been a Gucci shoe fan for many many years ever since I got my first pair of loafers. I remember them like it was yesterday. Beige suede with the horse-bit. I wore them all over New Orleans one summer till the soles came apart. Mardi Gras is rough. lol Not much has changed, over 20 years, I'm still a New Orleans Gucci Gang lady. Anyhoo, this location is my least favorite, horrible location, horrible parking, however it's the closest to me & they usually have my size of Brixton loafers in stock here. When it comes to the shoes, it's best to go into the store & purchase as you can try them on & make sure they fit, they are European sizes & run a little small. However you can order online, as this location is meh. With the move & everything I haven't had a chance to wear my new Brixton Babies yet. That said, the staff was not as warm as it could have been, which seems to be a pattern at this mall. One moment stood out. A shopper left a single item in the fitting room while rushing because her mom was calling her to hurry. Instead of simply collecting it, an employee stopped her and questioned whether she was taking it, then made her go back. It felt unnecessary and a bit uncomfortable to watch. Aside from that, the store itself was great. It was clean, well staffed, and full of genuinely good finds. Overall, I would call it a four out of five experience. I would absolutely come back and shop here again, even though I am not usually an H&M person.

I went to check it out and being from California, I was horrified at the selections they offered. Hence, I decided I better make a trek to Dallas as it's a more Cosmopolitan area with better shopping choices and a different demographic all together. While was unable to find anything to my liking at this location, it was worlds away better than the OKC store. It was clean and organized, the staff was helpful and there was a much larger selection of items. I would definitely come back again but I recommend getting there early if you wear a popular size as things do run out. If you don't find exactly what you are looking for, rest assured there is an actual Nordstrom right around the corner at The Galleria.
