There is a clearance rack (kept neat and organized by size) in every department on the floor - this makes this store unique as the ones in NY, Va and Fl have one area where everything is jammed into a small section in the wall and the sizes and hangars are all mixed up. The fitting was great and only the pants had to be altered. I came back to pickup the altered suit and it was ready on time and fit perfectly. The Department Manager was also in the area and did not have the authority to make some small alterations on a custom made article I purchased and love before the Holidays, told me she needed to run it up the ladder??? I was very fortunate to have the Manufacture Representative in the Department, we discussed my concerns and she was very professional and recommended I go see an alterations/tailor to get some professional advice, which I did and I believe we have found a solution.
