Osh Kosh outlet in Gurnee Mills gives you unparalleled deals. Generally, their clothing is 40-50% off. No. That's not a typo. If you subscribe to their emails, you can often get a coupon that takes off an additional 20-25% off. Seriously, you can't beat the deals there. Plus, the sales woman who work there are always helpful with sizes or pointing out something I may have missed. Why go shopping anywhere else when you can get quality clothing at a fraction of the cost?

Went here on Saturday to do a return and shop around and had great service so I had to leave a…read morereview! The second I walked in I was greeted. I headed to the register to ask some questions about my return and the cashier was personable, friendly and helpful. As I was shopping around another worker came up to me and gave me a bag for my items and helped me put them in. He also called me pookie which at first threw me off but I loved it lol. Super friendly, funny and helpful as well, I saw him helping multiple other people in the store while shopping & he later asked me if I was doing ok. I felt welcomed and that if I needed help I would be able to find that easily, but also it was not in an invasive or uncomfortable way- it was friendly and laid back which I loved. Unfortunately couldn't find exactly what size I was looking for but tons of other selections in the store. They always have great sales here & coupons as well. Definitely my favorite old navy around here!

The prices were the same or lower as the competitor stores and really reasonable considering whatever you purchase will probably outlive you! Their clothes are super tough and durable beyond what you'd expect! I found a great thicker fall seasonal T-shirt at a great price that I can't wait to wear! Their packaging is very nice and if you purchase something as a gift for someone, the bag can easily be used for that!

Selection varies constantly. They keep a few outlet stores I like but a lot of stores I enjoyed simply came and went. There are more high priced shirt stores than any one mall needs, I'll say that. Service varies by store so quite a bit. I like the vans store, always helpful staff in there. This mall still has a rainforest cafe! Pure nostalgia and a good place to take kids. There's really plenty to eat here, and plenty to eat adjacent as well. They've got some movie screens and though they aren't the cleanest they do get some fun exclusive events too.
