Went here on Saturday to do a return and shop around and had great service so I had to leave a…read morereview! The second I walked in I was greeted. I headed to the register to ask some questions about my return and the cashier was personable, friendly and helpful. As I was shopping around another worker came up to me and gave me a bag for my items and helped me put them in. He also called me pookie which at first threw me off but I loved it lol. Super friendly, funny and helpful as well, I saw him helping multiple other people in the store while shopping & he later asked me if I was doing ok. I felt welcomed and that if I needed help I would be able to find that easily, but also it was not in an invasive or uncomfortable way- it was friendly and laid back which I loved. Unfortunately couldn't find exactly what size I was looking for but tons of other selections in the store. They always have great sales here & coupons as well. Definitely my favorite old navy around here!

However, it was evident that the manager was quite overbearing and hard to deal with when she was communicating with her employees. Additionally, when I asked her for help, she was extremely passive aggressive and implied that her job was more important than my request. They had a great variety of attire from head to toe with every size available even 2x! The prices were the same or lower as the competitor stores and really reasonable considering whatever you purchase will probably outlive you! Their clothes are super tough and durable beyond what you'd expect! I found a great thicker fall seasonal T-shirt at a great price that I can't wait to wear! Their packaging is very nice and if you purchase something as a gift for someone, the bag can easily be used for that!

Upon looking further, she found my order had been placed at a different store. That was so strange to me because I never shop at any other B&BW. She could see I was rather upset that i had made this mistake. However, she set my mind at ease by telling me she would check if they had the stock in her store and simply fill it there. Wouldn't you know she found everything I wanted. In addition, she helped me choose what I could get with my Free birthday item in my account. After all of that, she cancelled my other order for me and made sure I got the notification. Michelle turned a moment when I felt stupid about making a mistake into a pleasant experience. Now you know why this is the only B&BW store I shop at. Thank you!

This one is a hit or miss for me…read more Sometimes I find great stuff but the prices are high on some stuff and decent on others. But again I know that's corporate but I've seen stuff go from $6 to $20 in the span of a week. Staff is always nice and I've never had problems there. I'd say go if you're in the area but there's better thrift stores.

Giant Super Target, with pretty much everything under sun, sold together…read more We stopped by on a wet Friday. as we saw the giant sign from the road. It's been a very long time since we stopped in any Target, and the inside seemed pretty much unchanged. Super Targets have a full grocery (minus a bakery and full service butcher shop). We were looking for pet supplies....they have a lot around cats and dogs but nothing beyond that...so the visit I did see something that I've never seen before...somebody handing out free samples of food (two different types of Potato chips in this case) It was the lone sample display in the entire store, and of course there was no easy place to throw away the plastic cup after eating....simple souvenir I guess.

A Target team member directed me to the area and I later found a few vinyl ones in the Magnolia section but they were too small. The store is pretty quiet now and I found the ginormous candy bars for my white elephant exchange! Lots of candy, feathery friends, so many gingerbread houses (even a Target one - how meta!), and plenty of ornaments, etc.
