I specifically asked about the return policy, and I was told I had 14 days to return it. This was also written on the receipt. At no point was I informed that this item was a final sale. The dress was never worn, still had all tags attached, was returned in the original packaging, and I had the receipt. I did not even ask for a refund I only requested a simple size exchange (from M to S). Despite this, they refused and suddenly claimed the item was final sale. If an item is final sale, that must be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Writing "14 days return" on the receipt while later refusing an exchange is misleading and unacceptable. This feels like deceptive business practice, and I would not trust this store again. I strongly caution others to be very careful before purchasing here.
