No appointments required, and they will do their best to accommodate all walk-ins, but usually better to visit on a weekday when they're less swamped. 5-star service when you're the only one there. Very responsive via text. In-store purchases are exchange only, and if you don't like an item, they will do their absolute best to help you find something that you'll love. No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. It's worth just shooting them a quick text or call to confirm your orders are ready before going in.

After doing a little research, he found Cassara's, and we decided to check it out. We are so glad we did. From the moment you walk in, you know you are in for a completely different and wonderful experience. Tony, the owner, greeted us with a warm smile and great rock music, which immediately set the tone. He sized my husband up right away, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and guided him toward the right fit. He offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy or salesy. It honestly felt less like shopping and more like catching up with an old friend. We talked about suits, music, family, and the event. It was such an easy and enjoyable experience. Once my husband stepped out of the dressing room, Tony immediately made a few chalk marks where he wanted to tailor the suit, told him to get changed, and took care of the rest. A couple of weeks later, we came back for the fitting. The pants were perfect, but I thought the jacket could lay just a little better on my very handsome husband. Tony did not hesitate for a second. He said "no problem," took the suit back, made the adjustments, and had it ready for pickup just a couple of days later. The end result was perfection. My husband looked like a million bucks at his party, and just as importantly, he felt like a million bucks. Tony truly listens and tailors the suit to fit the person, not the other way around. He even added a custom label inside the jacket personalized for my husband, which was such a classy and thoughtful touch. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER COME TO THIS STORE!…read more I came here with my mom on a Saturday to find a puffer jacket. While I was looking, she tried on some shaggy, woolen top of some kind. When she took it off, it COMPLETELY covered her EVERYWHERE in lint and residual bits of the garment. We waited a HALF HOUR for the lazy ass manager to come up from the basement. When he finally came up, we were pretty pissed, and all we did was ask for a lint roller so we could remove all the gunk that got on my mom's clothes. He was giving us the runaround in a lazy, RATCHET, and "it's not my problem" kind of way. I went into No-BS mode with him stating that it's his responsibility since he is the manager and one of his products defaced our personal property, and he started going off on me like "I'm not talking to you you're so aggressive" and "Boy, you bettah watch yo mouth cuz I swear". It was literally the most ratchet manager I've ever met in my life. Then I did find a puffer jacket, but the tag looked messed up and there were some scuff marks on it. It was the last one in my size, and they said stores no longer carry it and it was out of stock online. So the girl at the register did give me 15% off for it. I came home and thought it reeked of cologne. Thought it would go away in the wash...boy, was I wrong. BOY...WAS...I...SO...WRONG. After I washed it, I put it in the dryer....I opened that door after it finished....AND IT REEKED. It was SOUR. And it had the stench of homeless person or really bad sweat of...certain types of people....AND I LITERALLY COULDN'T GET THE SMELL OUT. The mistake was that I washed it with my other clothes and then THOSE ALL started having that smell too! UGH!!! I am definitely gonna get my money back one way or another...and I am NEVER. EVER. COMING. HERE. AGAIN. Stoneridge and Livermore Outlets H&M's are like walking into Louis Vuitton compared to this trashy dump. God, that smell still lingers in my nose.
