As with every US-based H&M I've been to, asking for sizes that weren't found on the rack leads to the standard response, "Everything we have is on the floor." So I tend to respond with, "Would you mind if I checked the racks in the fitting room?" To which they usually respond with a grunt, an annoyed look, or a begrudging, "Let me check." I know. I'm particularly relentless when I've found that single article of clothing I've been wanting for a while - like the black high-low button-down maxi dress that's perfect for Bali. Well.... they didn't have it. All they had were an entire rack of S and XS. Boo. I appreciate that a human being picks up their phone within a few rings both times I called them - unlike SF's Powell Street branch, which puts you through an automated system and then makes you wait over 5 minutes for a person. Boy, do I regret going to this location today. My daughter really wanted to go so, I indulged her against my better judgement. I read Thè reviews before I went. It took at least 30 minutes to get a sales person to help us. The racks were a wreck. Once we hit the dressing room the I found employees lol. You can only take 7 items in at a time... That's fine but, they lost the other half of the stuff we put aside to try on after the initial 7 items. Sigh* after I waited in the long line to pay for the 12 items we purchased the alarm went off as we were walking out. Funny, a worker was there for that lol. He directed me to go back to the cashier and have them remove the security sensor. I just wanted to get out!!!! From what I've heard do not go there on a weekend! I love H&M, they are affordable and have some unique styles. I am the type that loves embellishments; give me zippers, buttons, clasps, pins, and patches on my clothes. The fact that they are using organic cotton and recycled fibers intrigue me. Their dress clothes are stiff and abrasive against the skin, at first, but after a few washes they won't irritate. They are good for work. Especially if you are looking for cheap, stylish, and you won't be heartbroken if they get messed up. H&M's casual wear is more my style. Their t-shirts and jackets appeal to my excessive need for bedazzlement. Try everything on, because they don't seem to have any standard size. This H&M store is usually a hit or miss for me. There are several times where I buy tons of clothes here and there are times where I cant seem to find anything at all. The place always seems like a mess especially the areas where it has shoes and handbags. Though its cheap and affordable, I feel like after a few washes it doesnt seem wearable anymore. The selection of clothes is a variety from business attire to casual wear. They do have some very cute outfits and it is a good place to shop for gifts especially if they like these types of clothing style. Furthermore, last time I visited H&M, it seems like they remodeled the place well more like change some things around. I am not quite sure if it was more organized, I didnt really look through the whole store. This store is awesome! Having been to many different H&M's, this one is quite good. The staff isn't douchy. I was looking for a particular size and color in a shirt, and they didn't have it, but instead of saying "We don't have it." The guy said, "Dude, check out our Forum Shops store, there is a WAY bigger selection there." He actually made the conversation exciting and made me WANT to go there. He came up with a solution rather than a blunt answer. I appreciated that. As far as the rest of the staff, they aren't pushy, they stay our of your business, but know when you need help with something. The fitting room attendants aren't annoying or problematic. The only thing that could have made the experience better is the line was a bit long, and the poor girl at the counter was the only one attending to people. I used to shop here more when I was younger, but I do still snag some occasional good finds. What I realized recently is that they have awesome baby clothes! The prices are very reasonable and the stuff is adorable and great quality. I bought a size larger than my infant wears, thinking the clothes would shrink like the Carter's clothing we buy, but it didn't shrink at all and still looks great after being washed! I will definitely shop here more frequently for baby stuff! I also like that they have a maternity section. It's VERY small, but maternity clothes aren't available many places so it's nice to have another option. It has been a while since I've been in but I'll be back more often now! read more

First off, it's off the strip so you don't have to deal with the busy traffic of tourists all over the streets. I've skimmed other reviews and they said that the store can be messy. I haven't experienced that yet, but then again, I always go early morning/afternoon. This H&M location is great for many reasons. First of all, they have adults and children clothing in here, so there is something for everyone. There is even an 'intimates' section. I love the accessories and shoes section. Typically, there is one section dedicated to clearance. They are also very good at marking which items are for sale, so they are easy to find. Lastly, it is right in front of Yogurtland! Don't forget to follow H&M on Facebook since they sometimes release coupons, such as 15% off entire purchase or 20% off of one item, etc. I have never had a problem redeeming a coupon here. read more

I only decided to visit Las Vegas for about a week and happened to come across my favorite store. I told myself I wouldn't buy anything during my stay, but I love love love H&M. I never leave the store empty-handed. This store is just like any other H&M store I've been to, pretty big. From casual to dressy attire, H&M is where you will most likely find it. They're a little more on the dressy side, but that's a style that I love. I forgot what it was, but I wanted to try it on with a dress that I wanted to buy. i rarely write reviews but I was so upset with the service today, I felt like I had no choice. The lines are always so ridiculous here and they only had 3 registers open. The two cashiers at the left were super friendly and I could tell they were trying their best to speed up the lines. However, the dbag with the baseball cap standing on the 3rd register was CLEARLY super annoyed at the long line and was clearly too incompetent as the other 2 helped out 3-4 customers while he was still working on one. He even had the nerve to sigh out loud as more people got in line and stated how it just happened to be busy at this exact moment. I was seriously hoping I could get helped by the other two but NOPE, I get stuck with the dbag who gives me a half assed "hi how are you." I told him I wanted to return a pair of pants and as I was handing it to him, he just drops it and yanks my receipt out of my hand instead. I asked if he needed my card and he simply replied "uh yeah, 'cause you're going to need to swipe" as if I'm some idiot. I seriously hope they take everyones concerns in consideration and fire everyone who clearly doesn't want to work there. To the other two cashiers, thanks for helping out everyone else. Great selection and fun items displayed on the mannequins. Loved the organized racks and great cardigan and coat collection. But the big drawback? Really snooty boy cashiers who were only content in talking with each other, not the customer. I should have knocked some sense into the guy who was ringing me up. Thanks and have a nice day??? If you have a car, I suggest you skip going to the Miracle Mile location and go to this one! For a guy that shops at H&M, the selection at Planet Hollywood's location is crap compared to this place. And this Town Square place is new to me. Really, really nice though. For all you Bay Area heads, this location is comparable to Stoneridge in Pleasanton or Great Mall in Milpitas. Actually it might be bigger than either location. Orange County folks can compare this to the South Coast Metro Pointe location. Is it me or do you also come here expecting to buy something, but end up walking away with either nothing or some sort of pity purchase? Granted I was handed a 20% off one item coupon in-store. The thing is most of the stuff I was interested didn't have my size, so I ended up using the coupon on a dress shirt out of frustration. What also slightly bothered me was the sales people handing me the coupons. I mean there's nothing wrong with that, its just that before coming to Vegas I printed out multiple copies of the coupon online only to have more handed to me inside. FML sorta. I love H&M! I discovered the brand when visiting a friend in Spain many years ago. I didn't even know they existed in the U.S. until my travels took me to New York last year, and I found out they had a bunch of shops. I went to one and bought a bunch of new shirts, and wondered why they weren't more prevalent on the west coast. Well, I waited, and they finally opened a shop at the Miracle Mile inside Planet Hollywood. I was happy, but sad to see it was tiny. So when they opened this larger location at Town Center, I smiled. It's kind of a drive for me, but definitely worth it. You can find some really cool stuff here for super cheap. I picked up a white button up shirt and a vest for under $40. Sure, it's not as big as some of the metropolitan area H&M's around the country, but it'll do. Strangely, they don't take American Express here. Hmmm. read more

Do you ever walk into this store and think it looks a little jankity-jank compared to other stores in Town Square? Well, actually just other clothing stores in general. Maybe it's just me but I always feel like when I get into H&M the racks just look too full and the clothes are kinda haphazard and weird. Maybe it's their thing.... But with that being said, I do like H&M. The weird thing is I hardly ever leave the store with anything. It's like I go in, browse, like things, but then I just can't commit. I think it might be because my style is so simple. I'm a jeans and funny/ironic t-shirt kind of gal. Or I just like to wear a dress... but I don't like my dresses to have ridiculous things like zippers and flowers hanging all off of it. The prices at H&M are affordable, and may even be inexpensive if they're having a sale or items are on clearance. Sometimes I can't believe the deals I'm getting here! Lousy customer service!!! The blonde girl & the cashier boy (short one) you both sucks!!! Made me wait in line for nothing. I picked 2 Pima basic for $20. The cashier boy said it's $12.95 each. I have been waiting to post a review here because I know that they've been under construction and re-working their layout. I typically like H&M. They have good deals and cute options and even though it's not the best quality, you know what you're getting into and they have some surprises. The past few times I have gone in have been really REALLY lame experiences customer service wise. God forbid I need help from someone that works there, they are either swamped doing something else or I can't find anyone besides at the checkout and dressing room. The last time I went in was especially bad and unfortunately makes me want to avoid this location. I went in to return something (with this new layout) and walked to the first checkout I saw. There was no one there and no one in the nearby dressing room for me to ask help from. A girl who worked there (must have been stationed in the dressing room, returning to it) walked right past me and I stopped her to ask if someone could help me at the register. She directed me to the other counter on the other side of the store. Ok, I missed that (shakes fist at new layout), but she saw me standing there at the counter with no associates around and wouldn't have said anything if I hadn't stopped her. When I got to the other checkout counter, there were two lines, separated by a little median with accessories [they want you to add to your basket as you're waiting in line]. I got in the shorter line and waited about 5 minutes. When it was my turn, I started to come to the counter when the associate pointed to the women next in line, in the other line. He said, "She's been waiting longer." That other woman was great and wasn't fighting or pushing - she was kind of like, "Um...... [don't know what to do here.]" I told the woman to certainly go ahead, but asked the associate, "Do you not have two lines here?" He told me there was only one. So, H&M, you are operating one line out of two visible lines? That is absurd. I begrudgingly got in the other line and laughed at how ridiculous it was. Two minutes later when I was still waiting, another woman did the same exact thing and I warned her that there wasn't two lines, BEWARE! Thank goodness I am not going crazy because she also did not understand that reasoning. Try another location before going here if you can help it. read more

I flew in to Las Vegas and was in dire need of attire as the airline lost my luggage. Although I was probably not the friendliest individual at the time, the staff member that helped me was extraordinary. I have never went shopping for clothes and had it be such a great experience. I went in the store full of anger and worry and left feeling like a million bucks! The employee was named Alex W. and he seemed to be able to just read my emotions and what I was going through and went above and beyond making my shopping experience amazing. So much that it stuck with me, and I had to write this review after I returned home to Manhattan. The atmosphere of the store was so nice, that I could tell the management really care for their workers, a nice atmosphere and moods of employees, and just set the tone of how employees should be. Made purchase at H&M Town Square , got few Cosmetics products week ago ,kept one and want to return the second one,it was too Pale for my Complection. When I return to the Store I was told there is Final Sale on Cosmetics, which is OK if you get INFORMED during shopping. There is NO Sign at Cosmetic Area to inform you and let Customers know there Final Sale!!! When you go to Registare you do not get Info on Cosmetics from Sales Rep either!!!! We went on a Saturday and holy moley this place was crowded. The store is super big but they only have 3 registers. The lines were incredibly long and we waited about 20 min in line for just 2 tank tops. I was getting super frustrated. Other than that, I love H&M. They have nice affordable stuff. I wish there was one in North Las Vegas. All the other ones are way too far from me. I used to go to H&M a lot when I lived in Germany. There is like 5 in every corner, which also means when you buy a shirt and walk out you see 5 other people walking around with it, too. The best thing I like about this store is the quality of their merchandise. I have tshirts that I bought back in 2005 and I can still wear them. I have to agree with some of the reviews; I've been a supervisor at many retail stores and the rule of thumb is a 3 sec. Rule to greet the customer when they walk in, and you must check with every customer at least 3 times; none of that was being done to the customers that was there or to me for that matter. You never really expect bad customer service to happen to yourself. Well it finally did. I tried returning a defective jacket ordered online as one sleeve cuff was tighter than another. A manager came and even confirmed that it indeed was, but wrote it off as "this is how the jacket is supposed to be." I explained how it isn't normal for this to be the case so the jacket was defective and warranted a return. The manager held his position that there was nothing wrong with the jacket and it had been apparently worn "many times." I explained that I wore it once and how that was when I found out the problem with the jacket. He then in a scornful manner pointed out how the color was faded (which was how it is a dull blue) and the dust on it. I mentioned how it was a lint magnet (just like their twill zipper joggers) and that I had only worn it once and found out one cuff was tighter than the other. By this point I was disappointed how everything was going so far. It seemed useless to stay and argue so I left the store. My experience with h&m has been pretty good until now. I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth with the h&m at town square. I'll be contacting h&m online and by phone to see if I can get this situation sorted out. read more

JAMES should not be working at a customer service business, even though all kinds of business deal with customers and service! I was here to look around after lunch at town square. I had to wait in line because there was only one cashier line available at the time, while there were good 10 employees working on the floor. That was understandable until I was in the line for good 15 minutes, because there was a lady in front of us asking bunch of questions and exchanging stuff. I believe it is the cashier's job to call someone else and ask for help at the line, but it did not happen until she herself needed help at the pos system. Then, James came. After helping his coworker he said, "I AM ALL SET", not "NEXT CUSTOMER." Then I looked at him, and he said "YES I JUST SAID IT." Hello? Greeting and apologizing are the two basic steps of customer service? Or even having basic manners. well, he definitely did not have either one of those. While we were checking out he did not say a single word nor made an eye contact with me. I felt very unwelcomed through the whole process. I had to point out his attitude, and he had to yell back at me very sarcastic. He might have had a bad day but he shouldn't bring it to the customers. I hope the store manager is wise enough to control his or her employees in an efficient manner. H&M customer service line does not respond promptly to any kind of comment, therefore yelp is only way to show my disappointment towards the business. read more
