I've always been a fan of H&M, especially their underwear as it is very comfy. I find their mens clothing a tad too trendy for my tastes and geared towards younger customers and for smaller framed guys but you can find some great deals in their clearance section and especially for younger women. read more

Went here Saturday and the one time, I forget to check my receipt they overcharged me. The tag on my dress had 34.99 and they charged me 39.99. I'm not local so a return is not worth the gas. Be careful imagine if they do this to everyone. If these are outlet prices, hate to see regular store prices. Watch your receipts and with these practices, adios and next to be closing. Great place to get 'fast fashion' for men, women, and kids. It's a large 2-story store, located in the Pike Mall in DTLB. On a Friday afternoon, it was fairly busy, which is nice. The racks were all full, including the discounted racks, which is always fun to search through for bargains. The checkout is well organized, and the folks are helpful. read more

Great place for a teen or a young adult on a budget. Cheap clothes. Not even mad at the quality. You get what you pay for. Mostly clothes wearable for a season or two, or even for a time or two. Clothes are mediocre but service here is horrible. It took 20 minutes in line to get into dressing room then 35 minute line to check out, and it was not due to Covid just poor customer service. Worse part is they have an employee walking around telling people to pull up their masks. I saw people whose masks were covering nose but not to his satisfaction so he followed them around. I was in need of a outfit for the weekend and started browsing H&M online for cute rompers. Unfortunately, rompers are so hard to size online due to the length coverage...so I decided to come down to this location instead. I was happy because everything that I wanted online was in this store! There were also some clothing items on sale which actually had my size left. Score! The only thing that sucks, is there's only one fitting room and it's located on the 1st floor. Even though the women's section is split to 2 floors. So if your in the fitting room and want to try a different color or size of an item that you found on the 2nd floor, you have to head back upstairs to get said item or wait for the dressing room clerk to get it for you. Not ideal if you're on a lunch break. Overall, this store is pretty good. Clean, friendly staff, bright lights, and large assortments of women's, men's, and kids. read more

I was over charged for a item and I have been in contact with customer service for over a month. And I have called them waiting for hours trying to resolve this The item was marked as $18.00& they charged $24.99. I noticed the overcharge after I got home. I called them and they said they would send me a gift card. Well it's been a month and they closed my case. Imagine that. You should compare the tags to the purchase price that they advertise. it's totally not worth all the hassle. The store is clean overall, staff were nice, but what was totally wrong was they left the Pointy part of the alarm on my sons pants!!! I put them on him to try them on and it poke the heck out of him and I! The worst part was we didn't know what was wrong because it was left inside the back pocket of his jeans! You have some of the rudest ppl representing u. So I'm in line waiting to pay. This girl is looking for her coupon and the cashier was giving her attitude. "If you don't have a print out, you don't get the discount!" I mean wtf... since when??? They have THOUSANDS of coupons on their register and those "select" who gets them and who doesnt. The girl stated there was a 20% coupon online and he just flat out told her, "you needed to spend $60 to get the discount" she was $5 short...I get it. My turn! Decided to come to the outlet stores at the Pike in Long Beach on a Thursday afternoon and besides the day being lovely, I was able to shop at one of my favorite stores. I hadn't shopped at this location before but I must say they have tons of clothing available since it's a pretty big store. I was able to find a lot of business casual clothing for work and some casual shirts for the everyday wear. There wasn't any sales going on but the prices at H&M are always reasonable and the quality of the clothes is good. The fitting rooms are nice, clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly. I was unable to find a shirt on my size but with their app it was easy to order it online just by a simple scan on the tag. If you happen to use the app you get free shipping on the item so it's a win win. I really recommend checking this store out at the Pike in Long Beach. read more

Hooray! I don't have to drive an hour to South Coast Plaza anymore! H and M is in the LBC along with Forever 21! I'm a bit angry though. I went in today August 15th 2015 1. NOT ONE employee said hello to me, let alone smile or asked with upbeat enthusiasm if I was finding everything okay. 2. There are these pink circle tags attached to some clothing that h&m gives as a bundle deal like for instance, in my shopping bag was a top for $5.99 and a skirt also for $5.99 (Mind you they look like a set, things that were made to go together) the skirt had one of those pink circle tags on it and the location of multiple items you can mix and match also had a large sign that says Mix and Match 2 for $10. But the shirt didn't have the circle tag but was under the the sign where the mass selection was. I asked an employee if even though the item of clothing didn't have this pink tag that the sign saying it was in fact on sale that the discount would be taken at the register. Okay, cool. Went to checkout, the employee was nice. Got home only to find out discount wasn't taken and little trinkets i wanted didn't get taken out of the bag or even scanned! I spent all that time in there because i wanted the deal! 3. When i got in line 2 out of the three registers were open and the manager was helping those two employees with refunds... Bottom line, items on sale should automatically be in the system and the employees should be checking and asking if everything accounted for at checkout was the price we expected to pay. I dunno how people could post reviews over 7 months ago when it just opened today but whatevs. Glad that H&M came to LB but they could've done better. There are 2 levels- the top has ladies, kids, maternity and plus. The kids section is fairly big, but I didn't really explore. The maternity seems to fit against one section of a wall, as does the plus. I guess that means bigger than a L and you're not really welcome? They do have a men's section on the first floor, in addition to more ladies. The WORST thing is that they only have fitting rooms on the first floor! Wassup with that? The ladies' fitting room also only has 8 stalls. At least the guys have their own. They still have great deals and still give coupons for turning in old clothes you don't want. I think that this has to be one of my favorite H&M locations; its so big and spacious with 2 stories full of sections inside for all of us. that is what i really have to commend for a place like this, they have so many sections with so many items in each section. the store is also very well lit with sunshine and light that it adds a happy feeling and a great atmosphere to the location. everyone that shops and works in here always has a smile on their face, and its the small things like the look people give you or the way people approach you and ask if you need anything that make a place like this location a GREAT place to shop. there are multiple entrances into the store and there are multiple cashiers that you can pay at, so there is never a long line to wait in and certainly, there is never a rush with all the things that you must peruse through every time you come to this location for a visit. everything looks so modern as well, especially the painting on the wall as you walk up the stairs. take some time to admire not only the clothes, but the effort that the store goes through to be very presentable for the customer. Parking -- at the Pike, so i parked my car in the parking structure that is literally a few steps from this location. because its so close to the location, you don't have to haul your things that far because with the crazy deals that this place, you'll know that you'll be buying a lot of things and possibly, even a new wardrobe within a day. the parking prices and fees will be posted when you enter the parking structure. definitely recommend this location to anyone that love H&M, there are so many things that make this place stand out and its backed up by the great prices and items that the store has. will be coming back soon if I'm ever at the pike to do some guy shopping, especially back to school shopping! read more

She helped find what I was looking for and actually added to my shopping by bringing items that were more matching with my style . I have always been a fan of H&M, their product qualities are great For The prices and they have friendly staff but today's experience between 3:30-4 p.m at H&M at The Pike changed this perception. There were 2 employees 1 was The security guard and another Sales lady ( who didn't even greet you and was In my way using her cellphone at The children's section) and when my daughter accidentally ran into The glass wall, These 2 employees, laughed insensitively, didn't even asked are you okay? Or at least not laughed about it because it is not funny, a Child was hurt. This is one of my favorite H&M locations. The selection is wide and the store is spacious. I've never had any issues finding stuff in my size. I love the location - right smack dab in the middle of The Pike. It's very well organized with the clearance stuff on the first floor. I've gotten some pretty good deals on clearance ($3 t-shirts FTW!). The employees are all pretty friendly and they always offer to validate your parking, even before you need to ask. Of course it gets pretty crowded during the holiday season, but the employees are very fast and efficient; therefore, it's pretty quick to get in and out. read more

The lady I talked to was super kind and put one in my size on hold till the next day! They have validation for the parking garage if you ask them - two hours are free, then $3 the next hour. I don't know if it's because it is at the Pike Place outlets but I find this location cheaper than others! It's also two floors so there's a TON more options. I LOVE their basic clothes (shirts and dresses than are just solid colors). Their material is super comfy and soft and I feel like you can wear a lot of their clothes with anything. I'm a fan of H&M clothes and their prices, so I was really excited to hear they have a new store opening up in Long Beach. The place is huge but whoever planned out the dressing rooms needs to be fired. The mens section has I think 2 or 3 dressing rooms and it took me almost half an hour to try on some pants and there were only 2 people in front of me. I thought about going to the corner of the store and stripping down right there. Ridiculous. Also, there is NO dressing room on the top floor for my daughter. She had to climb a ridiculously long stairway to get to her section then take those same stairs down to try the clothes on. So, if you know exactly what size you wear and don't have to bother trying on clothes then this is your place. However, if you need to try clothes on, pack a lunch because you will be there for a while. 3 stars for the store and pricing. -2 for the dressing rooms BS. read more

I am a big fan of H&M clothing and their stores so perhaps I'm a bit biased. They have a great selection of coordinates and for tourists that forgot an item to bring or need something specific, this is a great place. Part of the Pike Outlets mall, H&M is one of the large anchors that sells clothing, for women-men-children. There are two floors and I had no problem looking around and locating coordinates to supplement my existing wardrobe. Quick access, parking lot for shopping, and a quick crosswalk to the aquarium and waterfront. read more
