So I have a slight obsession with H&M...ook, a huge obsession! I obsessed with their clothes going on sale for $5!!!!! They have amazing clearance and sales, but OOOO that line! I have said, "eff these clothes" and left because the line was way too long, with their three registers open. But if you do get stuck in a long line, there's usually no one in their men's section, so ring up there! They have a huge selection of womens, mens, plus, maternity, and kids clothes! And of course jewelry, shoes and other accessories. I would for sure come here during the week in the morning so you do get caught in the hustle and bustle. Great customer service! I have a very tough time buying clothes that fit me. Nicole, the store manager, has consistently been helpful in my search when I go to this store. The store has also been kept incredibly clean and all employees seem to be religious about following COVID-19 guidelines and mask use. Do not order ever from H&M. Really terrible customer service. I ordered 3 weeks ago and top wont ship. They apologized and told me they would refund shipping charges and never did. Just called and spoke to a customer service rep that could not figure out what happened to the refund and when the top will ship. This place is a joke. This review applies only to this specific location of H & M. I visited this location last night with my Fiance. After shopping around and picking a handful of clothes that I wanted to try on. I headed towards the fitting room at 8:47. As I approached the fitting room entrance, an employee who was facing the fitting room heard me and my fiance talk and quickly turned around and pulled the string for the line divider (Stanchion) from one end of the entrance. As he proceeded to close the room entrance, all we said was "Fitting room is closed". First of, it was very rude of him to close the entrance first without uttering a word when he saw both of us walking in. Secondly, when I said let me just try one dress. He simply looked up and said, "THE fitting room is closed". It was an awful experience and I will step a foot in this location. read more

TWO FLOORS worth of H&M? Yes, yes you heard that correctly! I love this H&M, though, really! They have a great selection at fair prices. I got a shirt and tie combo for the little man to wear on Christmas for $17! A tie at JCP was $12 alone! AWESOME!! You can find some...well..."interesting" items here, but keep browsing. I go back and forth on H & M. Sometimes I do manage to find some amazing values on fashionable clothing. But for the most part, if you are a guy, it's more likely you'll come out of H & M empty handed. The men's section seems to get smaller and smaller every season. And a lot of what they sell is modified-ghetto wear. Some decent selections in the higher-priced categories, but for that I can go elsewhere. read more

Very under stocked store. Several sizes were missing across different men's lines of clothing. Customer service was virtually nonexistent and check out process was a baffling ordeal with cashiers opening/closing registers within the same checkout point and 20 minute timeframe. read more

I agree with Candice...they have the LONGEST LINES EVER. And stupidly so. They have enough people working, at one point even enough people AT the registers. But they weren't checking people out...they were folding clothes. WHAT?! The last time I went I had things in hand, and decided to put them back because I didn't want to wait. It was rude. And uncalled for. Besides the odd service, they are hit or miss for me. Sometimes I can find an arm full of clothes that I want. Other times I walk away with nothing. Some things are really well priced. Others are way OVER priced. I'm torn. I keep going back to see if things change...but so far no. I'm not a mall shopper to begin with...and this stores just validates why I feel that way. read more

H&M is European fashion and you can find there for less money very great clothes. But of course it depends on what kind of style do you have. All American stores have very girly pinky clothing lines, in H&M you can find for young people and of course cute clothes for work, elegant shirts, trousers... Anyway, our fashion is different then Americans!! read more

Bought some merchandise online and they were the wrong size. I tried to exchange them in the store for the EXACT same items but in smaller sizes and was told I'd have to pay the higher price as I had bought them during a promotion. (I don't normally shop here but had bought these items because they were a good price.) I'll never step foot in here again. Waste of my money and then time. read more

They have your staples in the right cut, fabric and texture for about 20-25$, who can argue with that ? Basic (insert color) sweaters, pants, vests and the what not are what bring me here annually and until others can do it as good or better for the price, i'll keep coming back. read more

Here's another store that i can't get enough from..I have been going there for years with my sister and my mom, and every time we go we always find something cool to buy. Their clothes are very affordable and very good quality as well. Anything that you could possibly need, from dresses to shoes, from coats to jewelry...You name it they have it ! I took my daughter shopping here while she was on fall break from college. Although the clothing is too "hip" for me, I really wanted to praise the staff. They were very helpful in finding a sweater my daughter really wanted in here size and were extremely friendly to us. Great job guys! read more

Decent store. Never set foot in one before my big mall excursion last week. They seem to have trendy stuff...but nothing that I particularly liked. Three stars for having JUST THE HOODY my 13 year old daughter was looking for. We scoured the mall and just couldn't find what her little mind was set on. Passed H and M as we were about to give up and walk out of the mall...and right in the front of the store were THEEEE hoodies she was looking for . (insert alleluia chorus here) And at only $15 (and fairly decently made..didn't look to cheap)I had a happy teenager and I was a happy mom who ALMOST dished out :::gulp::: $45 for a hollister sweater cause we couldn't find anything better. Other than that.....I don't have much more to offer to review this place. I would probably go in again to look around, but like other posters said...things run SMALL! My daughter who is a 3 or a 5 in juniors...had to wear a size 12 hoodie and that barely just zipped up. The size 6 she originally tried on had like a 5 inch gap between the zippers to meet. Worst customer service ever! Went in to return a sweater that my six year old daughter picked out for me. First sales associate walked away from her register as I was next in line without saying anything. Hello? Next associate was even worse. Said that she would not return the sweater because it looked worn and that it smelled like smoke. The tags were all still on, and aside from me trying it on for less than one minute, the sweater had been in the original store bag for three weeks. (And I don't even smoke!!!) She really would not return the sweater! Terrible people working here. read more

It's always a very long line. On evenings and weekend, when they know the mall is crowded, they let the line get to 10-20 people deep. So I walk out. It's not worth my time when other stores provide good customer service. read more

. H&M has a 15% off your purchase for students and teachers. My high school isn't giving our ID's until school starts. So I thought showing them my sechdule and driver license would be okay. Its proof that I'm a student and they didn't even accept. A young lady with short blonde lady said no right away. Not even bothering to look at it. I think its bs to be honest. I was looking for tops but found a skirt in the sale section that was priced at $3 with armed sticker and I figured it was a steal. I brought it to the only line open, stood in line for a while because the line was 5 people deep, finally get up to the line and put my items on the counter the sales associate :7234 finally got to the item that was tagged $3 and it rang up as $5. She started picking off the sticker and said this tag was tampered with and is tagged wrong and gave me a look like I stuck the sticker on there! I said well let's check because there was another skirt and I grabbed it and saw that it was $5 and I was completely fine with that. So I told her I would still take it. She went on to say "yea we get people who try to tamper with tags for better prices" giving me another look as if I did it! I have never felt so terribly treated by someone working in a store! I had no problem paying $2 more for a cute item but after this treatment I will be going to other stores and other h & m locations read more

Cute clothes, awful customer service. I waited in line for over 15 minutes while listening to the other 6 customers behind me complain about the wait time. All while I counted 4 other employees on the floor who would not or could not begin ringing to help reduce the line. They then told us to go downstairs where there would be no wait, which was incorrect. There were another 6 customers in line downstairs as well and again only one cashier. I asked if they could call others to ring because at this point I had waited over 20 minutes and I was at risk of being late to pick up my child from school, and the cashier rudely responded "no there is one cashier upstairs and one downstairs so you have to wait". At this point I left the 4 items I was going to purchase and had no choice but to leave. When I set the items down and began to walk out none of the employees apologized or said anything to try to prevent me from leaving or to get me to purchase my items. Customer service and sales must not be a priority to this store. What a shame. read more
