They are from the brand 'Wander Beauty'. I tried one of the pairs this morning (1 May) and after keeping them on for about 16 mins, my under-eyes felt very hydrated and fresh. They also sell men's products too. This review is mostly for JCPenney Beauty which is located inside the JCPenney store where I had a wonderful experience browsing and learning about this new beauty venture at JCPenney. Sephora used to be located at JCPenney but that partnership ended and JCPenney decided to create their own beauty brand. Sarah, the JCBPenney Beauty Sales Associate was really pleasant and exceptionally helpful. She answered my friend and I's questions. BEAUTY BRANDS -- There are so many brands to choose from with a majority being from JCPenney Beauty and Thirteen Lune. Thirteen Lune is a female black-owned company that sells beauty products from small black-owned businesses. There are also many other brands from minority business owners such as Jason Wu (Asian). I recommend JCPenney Beauty because they carry plenty of products for black people which is sometimes hard to find in the bigger beauty stores. I will definitely be back to the beauty store at JCPenney. JCPENNEY DRESSES -- Right now, JCPenney has partnered with celebrity designer, Prabal Gurung, for an exclusive line of clothing. The designer is from Nepal but he moved to America years ago. His line with JCPenney is an inclusive line so it is more affordable than his usual $800-$2500 pieces. My friend bought me a cute Prabal Gurung dress which is currently on sale for under $60 (photos of his dresses attached). Today (1/7/2022), my husband attempted to return the pants, purchased 12/22/2021 - 16 days ago. Per the store's 14-day return policy, the pants can only be returned for store credit. I called to inquire - any exceptions, since we've been sick with COVID for the last two weeks? I was told I should've returned the pants while infected, per the store policy. The employee said, "We're not afraid of COVID. I've had it twice. It's no big deal. We don't need you. Goodbye." And then he hung up on me. So, for the $20 i was unable to get refunded for a pair of pants, I will happily sit back and watch this store fold, and continue to shop Amazon, Kohl's, Rally House, Dick's, and everywhere else fan gear is sold, and where customer service means something.

When I got home and took the box out of the bag I noticed the box was open and dirty. The watch fell out and the plastic that was supposed to be holding it fell out as well. The box inside had multiple coffee and dirt stains and the wrist band on both sides were dirty. I drove back to the store and told customer service about it. The store associate there said she was the one who boxed it. She noticed the box was open, but thought it was returned without being used. I'm confused...if an item has been opened and then returned, shouldn't it be considered used? I don't understand how the dirt on the box and the obvious dirt on the wrist band was missed. Anyway they had one more of the color I wanted and I didn't have a problem exchanging it for a new one.

Also, is it just me or is it very strange to have employees wearing jogging suits, especially at a Macy's, which I have always thought to be higher end?
