I've called up to the store, countless times to get this resolved and this is back in July. You I very day that our got guys could get through, but I couldn't and every time I called up there they would hang up on me. So yeah, you can understand the frustration.. I finally found the original receipt which I couldn't find. I finally did matter fact yesterday. Got a hold of the owner spoke to him well well with me talking to him. He was making me feel like I was a liar. I went up there with my fiancé so he would not get ripped off so he was there when we was talking about prices. all he had to do is go back clearly to the day that I was there and video of the conversation that transpired between me and the salesman where we the store how long I was there.. because they have cameras in the middle of the .I even told him what took place told him what budget we were on and he said they salesman goes well since it's been on the floor. I'll knock the price down for you. Instead of knocking the price down like he originally agreed he jacked the price up on the recliner and also on the couch, but that wasn't even the Furniture that we agreed on initially they delivered the wrong furniture and they knew they did because I had called up to the Furniture place. They didn't even try calling me back afterwards. Nobody tried to make anything right the only thing they did was block me on Facebook so that's why you never see any bad reviews because they take them down and they block you. They did us very shady and took advantage of a veteran that is he was very shady . That's not cool at all not all. Anybody would've been mad about getting the wrong Furniture and being overcharged for the furniture that you didn't even ask for. And that's not the only thing that went wrong with this. they delivered our furniture late because they sold it to someone else. If they would've just made the price adjustment, I would've never left the review. I would've left it alone, but they didn't even try to fix anything. They just avoided the problem. The owner said he would get back with me. He never did instead of all that he just blocked me. And Monday we're delivering our furniture. They were acting like they had never delivered Furniture in their life. My son had to tell them how to tilt the couch to get it in the door and my son's not even a Furniture delivery guy person. unprofessional and then I'm like they show up in a U-Haul truck and they have their own Company truck that didn't make sense either. Even though they said it was free delivery. I'm wondering if they have charged me for the delivery of the . But it does say on the receipt but I guess they lied about that too. They shady so go in and you get you better record every bit of that conversation because they definitely will play you! that's why you never see no bad reviews on Facebook because they take it down and they block you. They don't try to make things right even after they screw up. and the owner was like well. You got the right couch in the invoice, but they wrote the invoice wrong. How was I supposed to know wrote the invoice . And plus the up charged me on the couch and on the recliner.

This has happened more than once, and it leaves a bad impression every time. No customer should feel overlooked or treated differently. Great jeans and awesome service…read more I have been putting off buying jeans because it's hard to shop with 3 young kids especially to try on clothes. After searching online for pants and knowing I needed to try them on I decided to give the buckle store a shot. I was immediately greeted and started looking around. A lady came over and I explained what I was looking for and she was very helpful pulling my sizes and selections. Within a few minutes I had a whole fitting room laid out with my requests. I was able to quickly try them on and she went back and got different sizes and items as I needed them. Going shopping with kids can sometimes be hard especially when you are trying on clothes but she was so helpful that I was able to get what I needed quickly!

They mixed up my order COMPLETELY and ended up stealing 6 pairs of my clothing and never told me about it until I looked in the basket of my clothes and saw a few items were missing... after I already was home I call them up and all Emily had to say about it was "oh I'm sorry here let me go talk to the lady who looked through your clothes" when she was the one who looked through it. Not only did they take my clothes and not tell me about it, but ended up giving me less than 20 dollars worth when they were all brand names. I also gave them brand new purple vans that costed over 60 dollars (mind you they say they take 1/3 of the original price and that's what they give you) and they told me they would give me $8.00 for it!! All they want are "trendy clothes" but half of their clothes look like they are from 2013 or something you saw on Pinterest when you were in middle school. I'm so upset that Plato's is like this now. Will not recommend this store to anyone.
