Then we left. We went to Men's Warehouse next and were astounded at the difference a little customer service can make. Phillip promptly helped us define our look and from there he coordinated our budget, the sizes of suits we needed for our wedding and did everything in his power to get us not only what we needed but a good deal. He made sure that instead of blindly putting in an order, he was able to fulfill it with the various sizes of men in our wedding party (which I've experienced before from past weddings!). He had a great eye for fashion and really helped gather together the suit, tie, shirt and other accessories that went well together. Both my fiance and I were very impressed by his professionalism and of course, the end result! Bonus - the entire suit, shirt, etc., all added up to much less than we'd expected to pay for just the suit. Job well done, Phillip, job well done!

When I got home and took the box out of the bag I noticed the box was open and dirty. The watch fell out and the plastic that was supposed to be holding it fell out as well. The box inside had multiple coffee and dirt stains and the wrist band on both sides were dirty. I drove back to the store and told customer service about it. The store associate there said she was the one who boxed it. She noticed the box was open, but thought it was returned without being used. I'm confused...if an item has been opened and then returned, shouldn't it be considered used? I don't understand how the dirt on the box and the obvious dirt on the wrist band was missed. Anyway they had one more of the color I wanted and I didn't have a problem exchanging it for a new one.

Great jeans and awesome service…read more I have been putting off buying jeans because it's hard to shop with 3 young kids especially to try on clothes. After searching online for pants and knowing I needed to try them on I decided to give the buckle store a shot. I was immediately greeted and started looking around. A lady came over and I explained what I was looking for and she was very helpful pulling my sizes and selections. Within a few minutes I had a whole fitting room laid out with my requests. I was able to quickly try them on and she went back and got different sizes and items as I needed them. Going shopping with kids can sometimes be hard especially when you are trying on clothes but she was so helpful that I was able to get what I needed quickly!
