He said $200 but after he did it he raised the price to $300 since it was harder than he thought. When my dad went to drive off he realized Jorge cracked the exterior cover that goes in front of the windshield/wipers. Jorge said he would try to get him one from the junkyard. My dad said he wanted the one that matches his vehicle and when he looked it up he said no he couldn't get him a new one because of how much it cost and that my dad's vehicle was older so not worth it. My dad said can you at-least take $80 off my bill and he said no. He wouldn't take off more than $50 off. Ever since he did the job my dad's vehicle now leaks when it rains. I brought my car to Meredith Auto for a vibration in the front left dashboard. Lee, the owner, went for a drive with me and heard the vibration. He suspected the kick panel. The car was ready in about an hour and a half, but the vibration was unchanged. I returned to the shop. Lee said he had replaced clips in the kick panel and that the vibration was gone when he drove it. However, the vibration was still present. We went for another drive, and although he acknowledged the noise, he said it was the panel and that he didn't know what else to do. No further diagnostics were performed. I later took the car to another garage which found multiple problems. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Meredith Auto for diagnostic work.
