I hoped to come in to have someone either address the error or assist in printing them out and mailing them on my behalf. However she was then loudly instructed to ask if I'd already filed, and from there I know I either wasn't going to be seen or that I was going to be seen and not helped. A gentleman then appeared as he overheard me explaining my issue to the exasperated receptionist, and quickly said since I filed online, there's nothing they could do. I will sacrifice convenience next year and not file with H&R Block again (I know, I'm one of a million clients, my business won't be missed), but I had to leave this review for anyone who was considering filing with them online or going in to a hostile location with poor customer service.
